Alright so this little short story is based off a current roleplay of mine and here's a brief summary. Sasuke who is married to Sakura (a ninja and main character from the anime Naruto) is angry at David (God in human form from an original story of mine) for not saving his daughter (in this case a little girl named Keiko) from being kidnapped and tortured and this is their whole entire conversation and I think that it really makes you think regardless of whether or not you follow Naruto or know the whole entire roleplay. Oh yeah and poking somebody in the forehead is a sign of affection for Sasuke so that's why "David" does it here. 
And Itachi is Sasuke's brother reincarnated into a Shikoku (Japanese dog) named Lucky.
Sasuke stopped and looked both ways before he started crossing the street to where David was and before he had the chance to tap him on the shoulder he quickly spun around to face him.
"Do you have a problem with me Sasuke?" He questioned him.
"Well I was just wondering that if you're really God then what are you doing moving in here. Aren't you supposed to be in Heaven or something?" Sasuke questioned him back as David simply just chuckled and poked him in the forehead.
"I'm everywhere Sasuke, you should have known that by now. However considering you don't know all that much about me I wouldn't expect you to." he said before he removed his fingers.
"Well I do know if that you ARE planning to stay here you should really get a change of wardrobe. You stick out like a sore thumb." Sasuke told him while rubbing his forehead.
"You know, you do have a point." David began with a nod before he clapped his hands together and his clothes instantly changed before him into a red sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black and white sneakers. "What do you think? Cool right?" he questioned him with a grin. "Oh and I almost forgot." he said as he picked up his top hat and tossed it in the air and as soon as he caught it, it had been changed into a blue baseball cap and he placed it on his head. "Now I'm SURE to blend in with everybody else." Sasuke just simply shook his head and heaved a heavy sigh.
"Why would you want to do that anyway if you're the master of the universe?" he asked him.
"Because I want to have some fun for once!" David cried. "I mean just because I'm God doesn't mean that I'm always serious and wrathful. Do you think I actually LIKE having to show my angry side? I mean it can get quite exhilarating, and besides that I want to spend time with my children and get to know what they're like." He told him.
"Speaking of children, do you KNOW what it's like having to watch your only child being beaten and bruised!?" Sasuke hollered at him as David took a deep breath and then placed a comforting hand on top of his shoulder.
"As a matter of fact Sasuke, I do." He told him. "And I know it couldn't have been easy as a father knowing that your daughter was being hurt and there wasn't a thing that you could do about it." he said.
"But YOU could!! So why didn't you!?" Sasuke shouted at him.
"For two reasons,.. one,.. I was busy reuniting Kizashi back with his family where he should have been all along, and two,.. I had given those men what I gave everybody in this world,.. free will. Also, I realize that I still could have stopped them if I wanted to but I always have a reason for everything and it's not like I sent Itachi back to earth for nothing. And I know that I said that his task was technically over with, but I gave him back to you for the simple fact that he has many others that he still has to complete." he explained.
"So,.. you're saying that Lucky really is Itachi then right?" Sasuke questioned him.
"Answer me one question Sasuke. What's the purpose of me telling you the truth if you're not going to listen to it anyways?" he asked him as Sasuke began to think this over. "I know that you've been hurt but taking your anger all out on me isn't going to solve anything. Besides that, you might have lost a lot but just look how much you have gained. You have a wife and daughter who both love you and adore you to death and two beautiful baby girls on the way." he said as Sasuke gasped since he had just revealed the genders to him.
"Don't let all of the bad things in your life make you forget all the good things in your life that I gave you." David told him as Sasuke sighed again.
"I'm sorry, about everything. You're right. And Sakura was right all along. If it wasn't for you she and Keiko wouldn't even be here so thank you. Can we just start over?" he asked him as David chuckled.
"You know, you really need to get out more. Ask and ye shall receive even if it's not always the answer you're looking for. But on this case I would say that I thought you would never ask, but the truth is that I knew all along that you would." David told him while patting him on top of the shoulder. "Now you better go get back inside with the Mrs. while I continue moving in." he said as he turned around and started walking away from him.
"How much stuff do you possibly have?" Sasuke questioned while turning his head and glancing back over at him. "I mean your house isn't that__" he began while tilting his head back and looking up realizing the tiny white house had become a mansion. "Holy,.." he began before glancing back down at him. "cow." he finished as David laughed.
"Isn't that cool? I love doing that trick at parties it always gets them. And you should have seen the look on your face!" he exclaimed with another chuckle as he started walking back inside the house while Sasuke turned around and started running back a crossed the street and inside his own home calling his wife by her name.
