I'm interested in getting some ideas about interesting things to do/places to go on a date. I've thought about museums and historical sites, but these places might not appeal to everyone. Any ideas?

Hey bro i'm new here, thought i might pitch in a few ideas. Have you tried hiring a mates ute, then getting together a picnic thing going, putting a mattress/rug thing on the tray of the ute and going to a drive-in? (safer if you did a double-date!!!)

What about climbing a smallish bridge and having the date up on top - or any high ledge/rooftop area for that matter.

I suppose it kinda depends on the personality of the chick ur dating.

depends on the girl your seeing, if she is into like hiking or rock climbing. maybe bring her to a fair or if your both into theatre take her to a show. museums and historical sites are cool sure she would like that.

Yeah, it's a good idea to get to know her a little before you start dating. That way you know what she likea and dislikes.
It's much more fun it you can hang out and not show off, you knhow what I mean?

You cannot go wrong with an hour massage, dinner and dessert. That's a 1st date kinda deal. As your dating, get to know her likes and dislikes quickly. If you have the $$ I would recommend this, I spent $300 an hour; I rented a small aircraft for two hours and we flew over the city over looking the city lights, it was splendid. She had a blast and told me it's a date she will never forget. Try to do something that will surprise her, and please do not use the ol' movie and date, that's totally 50's be original...
