If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.

Jesus Christ came to earth for us to believe. ( and he that believes has all things possible.)

Mark 9:23 Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.

Jesus told the disciples how the passover was coming, and the Son of man is betrayed to be crucified.

Jesus being troubled in Spirit and testified to the disciples that one of them shall betray Him.

John asked the Lord who it is ? Jesus answered it was he that Jesus would give the sop to, when H had dipped it. ( In the blood of the new covenant.) Jesus gave the sop then to Judas. After the sop, satan entered into him. ( Jesus told Judas to do quickly what he is doing.)

Judas went unto the chief priests, and asked what they would give him, and he will deliver Him. ( they covenanted with him for thirty pieces of silver.) From that time Judas sought opportunity to betray Him.

Matthew 26:2 Ye know that after two days is the feast of the passover, and the Son of man is betrayed to be crucified.

John 13:21 When Jesus had thus said, he was troubled in spirit, and testified, and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me.

John 13:25 He then lying on Jesus' breast saith unto him, Lord, who is it?
26 Jesus answered, He it is, to whom I shall give a sop, when I have dipped it. And when he had dipped the sop, he gave it to Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon.
27 And after the sop Satan entered into him. Then said Jesus unto him, That thou doest, do quickly.

Matthew 26:14 Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went unto the chief priests,
15 And said unto them, What will ye give me, and I will deliver him unto you? And they covenanted with him for thirty pieces of silver.
16 And from that time he sought opportunity to betray him.

Jesus went forth over the brook Cedron, and entered into a garden there. Judas who betrayed Jesus, knew the place, for Jesus many times had resorted there, with His disciples. ( with Judas also)

Judas then, ( had found opportunity, as Jesus went to where He always went.) received a band of men, from the chief priests, came with lanterns and weapons. Jesus knowing all things that should come upon Him, went forth, and said to them, who do you seek ? They answered Jesus of Nazareth, and He said to them, He is Him, and Judas also, which betrayed Him, stood with them.

Jesus said to the disciples, rise, let us be going, he is at hand that betrays Him. As He spoke a great multitude came with swords, from the chief priests. He that betrayed Him, Judas, on of the twelve, gave them a sign, whosoever he kisses, the same is He. He came to Jesus and kissed Him.

The third time, Jesus came to the disciples, and said to them, Sleep on now, and take your rest: it is enough, the hour is come; BEHOLD, THE SON OF MAN IS BETRAYED INTO THE HANDS OF SINNERS. Rise up, let us go; lo, he that betrays me is at hand And immediately, while he yet spoke, came Judas, one of the twelve, and with him a great multitude with swords and staves, from the chief priests and the scribes and the elders. He that betrayed Him had given them a token, saying, Whomsoever I shall kiss, that same is He; take him, and lead him away safely. And as soon as he was come, he went straightway to Him, and said, Master, Master; and kissed Him.

John 18:1 When Jesus had spoken these words, he went forth with his disciples over the brook Cedron, where was a garden, into the which he entered, and his disciples.
2 And Judas also, which betrayed him, knew the place: for Jesus ofttimes resorted thither with his disciples.
3 Judas then, having received a band of men and officers from the chief priests and Pharisees, cometh thither with lanterns and torches and weapons.
4 Jesus therefore, knowing all things that should come upon him, went forth, and said unto them, Whom seek ye?
5 They answered him, Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus saith unto them, I am he. And Judas also, which betrayed him, stood with them.

Matthew 26:46 Rise, let us be going: behold, he is at hand that doth betray me.
47 And while he yet spake, lo, Judas, one of the twelve, came, and with him a great multitude with swords and staves, from the chief priests and elders of the people.
48 Now he that betrayed him gave them a sign, saying, Whomsoever I shall kiss, that same is he: hold him fast.
49 And forthwith he came to Jesus, and said, Hail, master; and kissed him.

Mark 14:41 And he cometh the third time, and saith unto them, Sleep on now, and take your rest: it is enough, the hour is come; behold, the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.
42 Rise up, let us go; lo, he that betrayeth me is at hand.
43 And immediately, while he yet spake, cometh Judas, one of the twelve, and with him a great multitude with swords and staves, from the chief priests and the scribes and the elders.
44 And he that betrayed him had given them a token, saying, Whomsoever I shall kiss, that same is he; take him, and lead him away safely.
45 And as soon as he was come, he goeth straightway to him, and saith, Master, master; and kissed him.

All the chief priests and elders of the people took counsel against Jesus, to put Him to death. They bund Him and led Him away, and delivered Him to Pontius Pilate the governor.

At the feast ( passover) the governor would release a prisoner who the people wanted. Pilate said unto them, whom shall he release unto them, Barabbas, or Jesus which is called Christ ?

( Barabbas was chosen) Pilate asked what shall he do then with Jesus which is called Christ ? All said to him, crucify Him.

The governor asked, what evil has He done ? But they cried out the more, crucify Him.

Pilate released Barabbas unto them, sent Jesus to be scourged, and delivered Him to be crucified.

They crucified Jesus, parting His garments and casting lots for HIs clothing, to fulfil what was written by the prophet, "They parted my garments among them, and upon my vesture did they cast lots."

Matthew 27:1 When the morning was come, all the chief priests and elders of the people took counsel against Jesus to put him to death:
2 And when they had bound him, they led him away, and delivered him to Pontius Pilate the governor.

Matthew 27:15 Now at that feast the governor was wont to release unto the people a prisoner, whom they would.
16 And they had then a notable prisoner, called Barabbas.
17 Therefore when they were gathered together, Pilate said unto them, Whom will ye that I release unto you? Barabbas, or Jesus which is called Christ?

Matthew 27:22 Pilate saith unto them, What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ? They all say unto him, Let him be crucified.

Matthew 27:23 And the governor said, Why, what evil hath he done? But they cried out the more, saying, Let him be crucified.

Matthew 27:26 Then released he Barabbas unto them: and when he had scourged Jesus, he delivered him to be crucified.

Matthew 27:35 And they crucified him, and parted his garments, casting lots: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, They parted my garments among them, and upon my vesture did they cast lots.

(Jesus had had taught the disciples of Him suffering many things, to be rejected of the elders and chief priests, to be killed and after three days rise again. Mark 8:31.)

Upon the first day of the week, ( the first day of the week, three days after the passover.) the followers of Jesus came to His sepulchre. ( where they had buried Him) They found the stone of the sepulchre had been rolled away, they entered in and found not the body of Jesus. Two man ( angels) stood by them and said to them, why do they seek the living among the dead ? They told them, Jesus was not there, He was risen, how He spoke to them, that the Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.

Luke 24: Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them.
2 And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre.
3 And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus.
4 And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments:
5 And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead?
6 He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee,
7 Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.

Peter tells the men of Israel, Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders, they took and by wicked hands crucified and killed Him. ( which was by the determinate council of God) God raised Him up, loosed the pains of death, as it was not possible that Christ could be held in it. ( could not be held in death.)

Jesus, God raised up, and Peter and the disciples were all witnesses of it. Christ then by the right hand of God exalted, received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, and shed forth that ( the Holy Ghost) which the people were seeing and hearing. All the house of Israel were let to know that God made the same Jesus, whom they crucified, both Lord and Christ. ( sitting on the right hand of God, and His enemies HIs footstool, as He was exalted.)

Peter continues, The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified His Son Jesus; whom you delivered up, and denied Him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let him go. But you denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you; And killed the Prince of life, whom God has raised from the dead, whereof we are witnesses.

Those things, which God before had shown by the mouth of all His prophets, that Christ should suffer, he has so fulfilled. REPNT YOU THEREFORE, AND BE CONVERTED, THAT YOUR SINS MAY BE BLOTTED OUT.

You are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in your seed shall all the people of the earth be blessed. Unto you first GOD, HAVING RAISED UP HIS SON JESUS, SENT HIM TO BLESS YOU, IN TURNING AWAY EVERY ONE OF YOU FROM HIS INIQUITIES.

Acts 2:22 Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:
23 Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain:
24 Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.

Acts 2:32 This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.
33 Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.
34 For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,
35 Until I make thy foes thy footstool.
36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made the same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.

Acts 3:13 The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus; whom ye delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let him go.
14 But ye denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you;
15 And killed the Prince of life, whom God hath raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses.
16 And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.
17 And now, brethren, I wot that through ignorance ye did it, as did also your rulers.
18 But those things, which God before had shewed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he hath so fulfilled.
19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.

Acts 3:25 Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.
126 Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.

Apostle Paul now stood judged, for the hope of the promise made of God to the fathers. The promise the twelve tribes hope to come, for which hopes sake, Paul was accused of the Jews. But why should it be a thought incredible that God shoiuld raise the dead ?

At midday Paul saw a light from heaven, above the light of the sun. Paul fell to the earth and heard a voice speaking to him, and asking why he persecuted Jesus ? But Jesus told Paul to rise and stand upon his feet, for Jesus appeared to Paul for this reason, to make him a minister and a witness, to what he has seen, and those things which Jesus would appear to him for. To deliver Paul from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom Jesus now sends him.

To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light ( God sent HIs Son to bless us, in turning away every one of us from our iniquities.) and from the power of satan, unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in Him. ( all things are possible to him that believes.)

Acts 26:6 And now I stand and am judged for the hope of the promise made of God, unto our fathers:
7 Unto which promise our twelve tribes, instantly serving God day and night, hope to come. For which hope's sake, king Agrippa, I am accused of the Jews.
8 Why should it be thought a thing incredible with you, that God should raise the dead?

Acts 26:13 At midday, O king, I saw in the way a light from heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me and them which journeyed with me.
14 And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking unto me, and saying in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.
15 And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest.
16 But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee;
17 Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee,
18 To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

Paul further taught, that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, may give unto you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him.

Paul certifies, that the Gospel he preached to us, ( Paul sent unto the people and the Gentiles. by Jesus who appeared unto him.) is not after man, for Paul did not receive it from man, but it was by the revelation of Jesus Christ ( Jesus said He appeared to Paul to make him a minister for both what he has seen and what Jesus would appear to him to show him.)

It pleased God to call Paul by His grace, to reveal His son in Paul, for Paul to preach Him among the heathen.

Ephesians 1:17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:

Galatians 3:11 But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.
12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.
13 For ye have heard of my conversation in time past in the Jews' religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of God, and wasted it:
14 And profited in the Jews' religion above many my equals in mine own nation, being more exceedingly zealous of the traditions of my fathers.
15 But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace,
16 To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:

Paul ( preaching what Jesus had appeared to him for, to reveal Him to him) taught how we know our old man is crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we will not serve sin. ( if we can believe, all things are possible to him who believes. If we doubt we are damned, for whatsoever is no of faith is sin.)

Paul taught how he is crucified with Christ, nevertheless he lives, yet not him, but Christ lives in him, and the life he now lives in the flesh, he lives by the faith of the Son of God, who loved him, and gave Himself for him.

Romans 6:6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

Romans 14:23 And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.

Galatians 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Yes a question for anyone in the forum.

Is it possible to believe that Jesus Christ came to bless us to turn us from our iniquities, to be born of Him, believing He was crucified, and believing we are crucified with Him to destroy the body of sin ?

If the answer is yes ( all things are possible to him who believes) then they are risen with Him, to walk in newness of the Spirit, and not the oldness of the letter. ( flesh.)

It is a very simple testimony, if a person says no, that is their belief only.

Again, if anyone states it is not possible to believe that Christ has made us free from committing any sins, the testimony did show how it was by revelation only, from Christ to Apostle Paul. ( for us to believe that all things are possible to him who believes, and if we doubt we are damned, as whatsoever is not of faith, is sin.)

Your statement Gordon: If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.

What do you suppose Jesus meant by that?

Jesus saves HIs people from their sins ( He came to bless us, in turning us away from our sins.)

If we do not believe that He is the Christ, the Son of God, we shall die in our sins. ( turned away from our iniquities/our sins, to believe that in Christ is no sin/that He rose from the dead, we are buried with Him in the same baptism, He died unto sin once, but in that He lives, He lives unto God, to be risen with Him through the faith of the operation of God.. Likewise to reckon also ourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. Matthew 20:23. Romans 6:4. 6:10-11. Colossians 2:12.)

The sinner ( who is not saved/turned from their sins/not born of God) if he is converted from the error of their way, shall have his soul saved from death, ( if we do not believe that Christ is the Son of God we shall die in our sins.) and shall hide a multitude of sins. ( Jesus Christ came to bless us in turning us away from our iniquities, to save HIs people from their sins.)

We are not of them who draw back ( turn back to their sins when Jesus came to turn us every one, from our iniquities/save HIs people from their sins.) to perdition, ( sin of not believing that Jesus is the Christ the Son of God, and that believing we might have life through HIs name.) but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

Matthew 1:21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins.

John 8:24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.

John 20:31 But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.

James 5:20 Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.

Hebrews 10:39 But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.
