If you were a vegetable what vegetable would you be and why?

I have had to ponder on this question.Their are so many vegetables that I do like.But I think I would like to be an eggplant.Not because I love it eat it that much but I love the color :)

I actually like lima beans. The only veggies I can think of that I don't like is turnips and beets.
I like pickled beets though.

I like eggplant and the color. But I will agree with your OP, you are weird, who would want to be a veggie? :wink
 
Probably a tomato. They're sweet, highly nutritious and chocked with Vit C.

a good ol nothing fancy potato versatile i get mashed... and boy can i get fired... i am mostly of French ancestry ... look out when i am boiling.... Not talking sweet tater...:)

What? Everyone in my family except Jake loves brussel sprouts. They grow really well where I live.
