I'd certainly agree with that statement. :yesIf someone murdered a city, that's a big clue that they were probably never saved in the first place
But lets forget about the term OSAS; it's a poor phrase for the real doctrinal term, perseverance of the saints. It causes many who oppose it to think it is a license to sin, which it is not.
Oats, search perseverance of the saints and you will at least have a better understanding of this doctrine.
