That is a picture I took at Gangotri, the Hindu pilgimage sight in northern India that is the source of the Ganges river. I was a missionary in India for a year. This man was one of hundreds of holy-men / beggars that give blessings from the Hindu gods to the pilgrims on their way to bathe in the river.
