Jesus told us to repent, but many Christians holler and complain every time the subject comes up. They would rather make important-sounding statements than go to the effort of repenting. Don’t be misled by them.

[The problem with repentance is self rightousness. In order to repent one must first admit they are a sinner. The problem with the world is if they can prove there is no God they don't have to repent.]

I'm sorry, geeze I post right after you in your other thread also.. I promise I'm not stalking you
But I'm worried brother about the subjects of your threads. I agree that we should confess our sins and repent of them, but who are these Christians that you are referring too? I'm only asking because I feel that if a person genuinely gave their life over to Christ, they would have no issues and confessing their sins and repenting. So if I knew such a person I would want to counsel that person.
Proverbs 11:14
Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety.
Proverbs 15:22
Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisers they succeed.
Proverbs 24:6
For by wise counsel thou shalt make thy war: and in multitude of counsellers there is safety.
