It seems that Texas is fighting an uphill battle to protect its citizens from the ruthless Cartels that are flooding drugs and illegal aliens across the Border.


Governor Abbot is finishing the wall that was approved by Congress, and started under the previous administration, but the current administration has decided that patrolling and protecting our border, violates the rights of illegal aliens.

It's been a crazy time for the Southwest USA. Land in my state near the border is dirt cheap right now, but many people are afraid to be so close to the border. There's been a lot more problems. A lot of citizens here before were supportive of having the wall finished because many have their farms, ranches, and homesteads along the border and they were dealing with theft and all sorts of other issues. We've been having issues with those coming up from Mexico for a long while now and some years it's worse than others.

I keep hearing that key statement in the last couple years, "Nothing like this has ever happened before," and it's been a bit scary navigating this whole thing with kids. My parents were saying through all the lock downs and mandates to the kids, "Nothing like this has ever happened during our time or even our parent's time. We don't know what will happen." It's been a lot of uncertainties. A lot of new things popping up here and there.
