1 Corinthians 14:26
What then, brothers? When you come together, each one has a hymn, a lesson, a revelation, a tongue, or an interpretation. Let all things be done for building up.
Acts 13:44-49
The next Sabbath almost the whole city gathered to hear the word of the Lord. ...
What is the extra good news about the Good News of Eternal Salvation through God's grace and Christ our Lord?
Romans 11:29 (JUB) For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.
This Christ's mass, hug those you love after giving thanks to the God of love that saved your soul eternally through the sacrifice of his only begotten son.
The Christmas tree being an evergreen is a great reminder of the image of eternal life during the winters cold when we give praise to God on high. Because when all other tree's have fallen leaves, the evergreen remains flourishing and alive. Through all seasons.
Just as the promise of God and eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord and the covenant of eternal salvation, that irrevocable gift the father of all bestowed on the world for eternity. A very nice fit I think. Evergreen's remind us we celebrate the babe Immanuel, God with us, that was born to gift the world immortal life and everlasting salvation.

We are all one in the Lord. Righteousness is a gift that keeps on giving.
Let us gift one another by sharing what 1 Corinthians 14:26 asks. Let us build one another up in this discussion. And let that be a gift that heals and sustains well beyond the new year.
