Is anger a sin of doom? Is it unBiblical? What is the worse sin of doom?

anger, in and of itself, is not always 'sin'.
We can BE angry and where its justified we arent automatically sinning
"Be angry, and do not sin": do not let the sun set on your anger,
(Ephesians 4:26 EMTV)
Righteous anger is not a sin. Being angered when an adult harms a child, or when a man beats his innocent young wife, there is no sin committed in such an anger. The sin would come if we acted on that anger in a sinful way.

I have no clue what this 'sin of doom' is. :)

Anger toward one's fellow man, and hate/hatred go together. It is impossible to have this kind of anger/hatred, and love God at the same time.

Matt 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. KJV

Anger isn't a sin at all. As a verse above states, it's what you do out of anger that may or may not be a sin.
