Is Billy Graham a real preacher

Be careful listening to "rumors" especially when they are started by "Christians" against Christians.

Lucifer loves nothing more then to sow discord in the Body.

Listen to some of his teachings and you decide. I for one love the man and think he has crowns waiting for him. Do I agree with everything he has ever said? No. But then again, many could and would say the same for me.

He loves Jesus and has poured his life out in service to Him.
 
No man is perfect until the Lord calls us home or until he returns for us. Billy Graham is a great man of God. He has lead many to know the Lord, this should never go unnoticed. I also do not agree with everything the man has said. But is there any one that agrees with somone 100% all of the time.. Ask our spouces, they may give a better answer LOL.. The answer is no.. But you still love and respect them, the same with Mr. Graham; he will always be a great leader in my eyes..

Billy did a lot for the Lord he really worked hard for the Lord. And he did not stay inside the four walls of the church building' he took it out the door' all over the world.

Billy Graham is a tough one to get a grasp on...In his earlier years he was a true fire and brimstone preacher who taught Jesus and Jesus only....Amen....

During the past 2-3 years he has really softend his stance and now says, he will let God decide if Jesus is the only way...He has also teached tolerance towards the muslim religion...Now what is interesting is that both Franklyn and Ann Graham lotts have had to do allot of correcting for billy...Both Frank and Ann are true people of God and speak the truth and only the truth and they do not waiver....So what has happened to Billy???? I believe it is called old age and simply put his mind is not what it used to be...When it has been brought to his attention of the softness he has preached, he has remorsefully repented...

Does this make billy a false teacher??? NO...It makes him an old man who is simply not the same and the Lord needs to take him home...Perhaps now that Ruth has went home, he will follow....

Huh... I think this is the spirit of this age too. All this relativism seeping in to our thoughts. It's interesting its such a force all of a sudden.

I agree with your post wholeheartedly waitinonthelamb. I see that discord displayed all around me, and unfortunately, especially in sites Ive been a part of recently that were labeled "religious". Instead of celebrating what we share in common as brothers and sisters in Christ, you see arguing and beating of chests over who is right and who is wrong in regards to peripheral issues which to me only make me discouraged and back off from taking part. Do we as Christians HAVE to agree on each and every statement of any givens denominations doctrine to have unity with them under Jesus Christ? Or any human preacher/evangelist for that matter? When I hear of fellow Christians slamming true men and women of God because of perhaps one or 2 thoughts they made you don't agree with, they become labeled "false teachers" or worse...I don't agree with it and I imagine God shaking his head sadly over it too. How can anyone seriously doubt Billy Graham being a "real preacher" Look at the FRUIT of his ministry for goodness sakes! Mercy!

I think this thread struck a nerve within me and not just regarding Billy Graham either...
