Is Harold an attractive name for a man? What boy names are attractive to you?

Dave, is there a man name Harold you are interested in? If so, you've had us all fooled with all these questions about what women like... ;) :lol

Nah, I'm staright, yo! :yes

I don't too much like the name Harold. Reminds me of an old fat bald grumpy man for some reason. And that's weird cause I've never met a Harold nor could I name a celeb off the top of my head named Harold. What name do I like? I do like the name Dave. Sounds tall, dark handsome, and slick, but most of all simple, kinda like Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Not really simple minded, just simple as in wouldn't cause a lot of drama in life, listens to God intently. But I do not like the name David. Seems like every David Actor has been a dork :) David Schwimmer who played Ross from Friends, David Arquette in See Spot Run and he played the dorky cop in the Scream movies. But as far as attractive names I think they change if you know someone or meet someone with that name because then you associate that name with someone. For example, I don't really like the name Nicolas. I work with a guy named Nick who is a pothead, treats his girlfriend badly, and is very self-centered. But try adding "Cage" to the end of it and I think Charming, Funny, (Family Man) Angel (City of Angels) Magician (Next) oh and Handsome.

:adore

Well I've never seen a pic of Dave so wasn't really describing him. He could be short white and ugly for all I know :) Not that you are Dave...just saying.

Okay, so you got the tall and handsome part down. You could stand to lose the spam though :confused But from reviewing this site more I don't know about the simple minded and not causing drama part. I do like reading your questions in the Theology board and what people have to say about them. I always wondered if people thought we evolved from monkeys then why are there still monkeys here. I don't too much understand why you post in the marriage and parenting board if you don't have kids or aren't married though. I could understand trying to give advice but asking questions? :confused It's nice to meet you though. :wave

The "spam" thing was a joke. A while ago, I was accused of posting spam. So, I just thought I would post some real "spam". I am self depricating. :D

I ask a lot of questions on marriage because I am not married. It may seem unorthodox to some, but that is just how I like to gather information. Any advice I receive I will put to good use in the future. The more I know now, the better. :yes

Bottom line, there is a method behind my madness. :P

Nice to meet you too! :wave

You can ask all the questions you'd like, but when you are really responsible for your bride, things won't be as simple as knowing the answers. Besides, half the fun of marriage is learning how to best treat your beloved. :yes

I would just like to add that when you think you know everything there is to know about marriage you probably won't do half the things you would've which is not always a good thing. You would just be curled up in this ball scared to do something wrong and never living life, making mistakes and learning from them. Mistakes happen, it make you grow closer and appreciate one another more. So don't try to know everything before you get married. But it's always good to know what works for some and not for others. How old are you Dave? And do you have someone in mind to marry to be asking all these questions?

I am 31 years old. I ask questions because I am curious. :yes
