Bible Study is it okay to wear neklace and ring ?

Yes it is OK.

Paul wrote to Timothy:
1Ti 2:9-10 I also want the women to dress modestly, with decency and propriety, adorning themselves, not with elaborate hairstyles or gold or pearls or expensive clothes, but with good deeds, appropriate for women who profess to worship God.

This doesn't forbid jewelry. It tells women that they should not dress to show off or to attract men.
The same instruction applies to men.
