LUV ESTHER

A multimedia extravaganza worthy of the West End with a stunning soundtrack, exquisite dancing, emotive lights and unbelievable video.

Like West End shows Joseph and Jesus Christ Superstar, Luv Esther is based on a Biblical character – bold, brave and beautiful, there is no doubt that you will fall in love with this amazing heroine, Esther. The ‘Cinderella’ story of how a young orphan and refugee becomes the Queen and then risks her life to save her nation from genocide is thrilling, gripping and heartwarming.

This captivating musical is brought alive with premium West End production quality. Tony nominated Record Producer Kevan Frost (West End and Broadway), Writer and Director Murray Watts (The Miracle Maker) and Stage Set designer Sean Cavanagh (Joseph and The Rat Pack) complete a pedigree that makes Luv Esther a show not to be missed.

Luv Esther also has at its heart an encouragement to us all that we too can be an ‘Esther’ and make a difference. A collection for the AIDS pandemic in Africa is taken at the end of each show. A song, written by producer and writer Ray Goudie, is performed near the end of the show which tells the true story of a young girl of 10, Juliet, who died of AIDS two weeks after Ray met her in South Africa. At the hugely successful Premiere of the show over £12,000 was raised.

Luv Esther is partnering with lots of agencies, including Christian Aid, where the monies raised will go directly to those suffering through poverty and AIDS.

Don’t be surprised if you recognise someone during the last song of the show. An exciting feature of the show is the inclusion of local ‘cast’ members in the finale of the whole presentation!

1 of the Christian TV channels began a series on the Bible book Esther yesterday, on the theme of a book about the principles of living in the favour of the King of kings: I'm sure it was by Tommy Tenney, (the writer of the classic, God Chasers), & on Dr Morris Cerullo's program

A stranger in a strange land, Esther’s story unlocks some of the Bible’s essential messages for life today, from justice to intimacy, mercy to worship. Bold, brave and beautiful, Esther chases after God, risking her life in the process.

“luv esther brings a genuine call for the church to fall headlong in love with Jesus and reach out with his compassion for the poor, broken and lost both locally and globallyâ€Â, Ray Goudie, writer and producer.

With a full professional cast, stage set and soundtrack, luv esther sets out to enlist an army of passionate lovers of Jesus. Called for such a time as this, it’s time for us to be reaching out with compassion for the poor, broken and lost throughout the world.

The luv esther tour unites this passionate message with premium West End production quality. Tony nominated record producer Kevan Frost, (West End & Broadway), scriptwriter and director Murray Watts, (The Miracle Maker) and stage set designer Sean Cavanagh, (Joseph and The Rat Pack), complete a pedigree that makes luv esther the musical extravaganza unlike any other.

Get your own people performing in the show, bring your friends and soak up the atmosphere, luv esther is the ultimate experience for such a time as this.

I know Murray Watts has been scriptwriting since the '70s & has had many of his scripts performed on TV - he was a scriptwriter with Liverpool-based Christian multimedia drama team Roundabout Releases at the same time as 'Light Up The Fire' band, Parchment, did the music for their touring productions

(If any of U R out there, lads, I was the rusty-haired understudy lead rock singer for 'Yesterday, Today, Forever' that was produced by Sir Cliff's old musical arranger, Dave Anfield at Liverpool Empire Theatre: re-issue that classic all-styles album, STL!)[/i] :P

God bless!

Must go!
