Is Sunday School Biblical? Did people inn Bible times have Sunday School for kids?

I don't think there is anything unbiblical about teaching children the word of God and the Truth. I'm sure they would have had the ancient times equivilent in Jesus' day.

I don't think the practice is unbiblical.

Though the idea of a person telling small chilldren what the Bible means, before they have a chance to read it is a little iffy. Especially if you have teachers that Scripture Mine and force passages into situations that don't make sense in context. ;)

I don't thin Sunday School 'forces' Christianity on you. It teaches you about it, and you can make your own mind up. Just like being raised in a Christian household. I see nothing wrong with it at all.

More about certain stories that were presented almost in the same fashion as a fairy tale.

That and we had the occasional teacher that would try and make comparisons, but never really made sense.

I have nothing against Christian households or Bible School. ;)
