Is this the wrath of God?

I just saw this video and it seems to me that this is God`s hand punishing him for something very bad he has done! You can see that he is alive in the end of the video so this was probably meant as a strong warning to the person (may be he`s gay). What do you think?

The guys was standing outside in a storm, and got struck by lightening. This was not the wrath of God. If one runs out into traffic and gets hit by a car is that Gods wrath?

Also, the maybe he was gay part is was needlessly looking to stir the pot.
