Yes, so far only in a forward, linear direction. :yes

Einstein was said if time travel was ever possible, we would be able to go back as far as the day the time machine was first operational and no farther. Makes sense, Can't go back to before the existence of the machine because, well, it didn't exist!

So far though, his theory of relativity only makes provisions for forward time travel.
