The scripture says, "Good people pass away; the godly often die before their time. But no one seems to care or wonder why. No one seems to understand that God is protecting them from the evil to come. 2 For those who follow godly paths will rest in peace when they die."
Please your Godly wisdom and revelation on this matter.
Blessings and all Glory be to our good, good God.
We are instructed that the Holy Spirit teaches all things. Through the Word or through the (Hopefully) Anointed men and women given as gifts to teach and pronounce the glorious gospel of Christ. We are told to read the Word here a little, there a little. Line upon line, Precept among precept (Like things must compare) (Isa 28)
This passage of scripture has been used by Pastors at funerals to explain why a dead child lay in the casket, cut off early from life for the plan of the living God. One must consider that doing such a funeral must be extremely hard, and I do my best not to judge the unlearned or ignorant.
"
God must have taken this Child early, seeing the evil to come in their life. Good called them home to protect them from the evil to come."
That is akin to saying that God was just completely clueless and hopeless to be able to lead and protect the child himself. So, since God figured he did not have enough wisdom to protect, or the power. God just decided to kill the child early and get them in Heaven. Best plan God was able to come up with
yea, right..............................
I do my best not to judge my brothers and sisters............ What did the passages really say...
Lets go back.
Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and
make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people.
The Lord GOD which gathereth the outcasts of Israel saith, Yet will I gather others to him, beside those that are gathered unto him. All ye beasts of the field, come to devour, yea, all ye beasts in the forest. His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber. Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter.
Come ye, say they, I will fetch wine, and we will fill ourselves with strong drink; and to morrow shall be as this day, and much more abundant.
(Isa 56:7-12)
There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another? Go to now, ye that say,
To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain: Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.
(Jas 4:12-14)
The people in Isa, have the same attitude as James is speaking about. God is bringing in people who are outcast, even his own, Israel.
God said there are Greedy dogs among them who make their own plans and are respecter of persons among the people. They look their own way (At themselves) for their own gain. It's all they care about.
Are ye not then partial in yourselves, and are become judges of evil thoughts? Hearken, my beloved brethren, Hath not God chosen the poor of this world rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which he hath promised to them that love him? But ye have despised the poor. Do not rich men oppress you, and draw you before the judgment seats?
(Jas 2:4-6)
they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter. (Isa)
Let's keep reading without chapter in verse in mind.
The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come. He shall enter into peace: they shall rest in their beds, each one walking in his uprightness. But draw near hither, ye sons of the sorceress, the seed of the adulterer and the whore.
(Isa 57:1-3)
The righteous pass away and those Greedy dogs could care less that those that could give light have died. God separates his from the corrupt (
Not die or kill them.... scripture did not say that) They go to enter into peace and sleep in the place God set up in their own company (bed) not anymore with the wicked.
The beds........................ God speaking to the greedy dogs here.
Upon a lofty and high mountain hast thou set thy bed: even thither wentest thou up to offer sacrifice. Behind the doors also and the posts hast thou set up thy remembrance:
for thou hast discovered thyself to another than me, and art gone up;
thou hast enlarged thy bed, and made thee a covenant with them; thou lovedst their bed where thou sawest it. And thou wentest to the king with ointment, and didst increase thy perfumes, and didst send thy messengers far off,
and didst debase thyself even unto hell.
(Isa 57:7-9)
I will declare thy righteousness, and thy works; for they shall not profit thee.
(Isa 57:12)
The righteous are moved out from those setting up their beds in the lofty places. The beds of the righteous are in peace away from the beds of the lofty. The bed is a place a person is rooted at and operates and the righteous will not have part when God no longer holds his peace and declares his/ Their own.... righteousness against works that have no profit.
The passage of scripture has nothing to do with God killing the young early because he has no ability to protect or lead away from his own judgements against the greedy dogs.
