Can anybody help me with the following ?

I was doing a bible study the other night and came across this passage in isaiah 65:

20 "Never again will there be in it
an infant who lives but a few days,
or an old man who does not live out his years;
he who dies at a hundred
will be thought a mere youth;
he who fails to reach [a] a hundred
will be considered accursed.

Now, if you read this passage it is talking about a new heaven and a new earth BUT this does not make sense because this verse talks about not dying but then it talks about the cursed not reaching 100?

We are confused, how can there be dying in heaven?

What do you all think?

This is after Christ sets up the millennial kingdom, but death is not yet concurred. Death will be the last to be put under his feet, when Satan is cast into the lake of fire, at the final judgment ( Great White Throne). Before the new Heaven and Earth.

But what this verse is referring to is life during that time; the righteous shall live long and prospersly, but the sinner wont fare so well even should he live to be a hundred.
