"God will bless whoever bless Israel"!!
I was told by one of my neighbors who is a Pastor at nearby church.
I asked him if its biblical, he replied, yes, it's in the scripture.
I have been looking but I saw nothing.
Does anyone know where to look in the scripture?
Thanks

Gen 12:1 Now the LORD said to Abram, “Go from your country and your kindred and your father's house to the land that I will show you.
Gen 12:2 And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing.
Gen 12:3 I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” (ESV)

Gen 27:27 So he came near and kissed him. And Isaac smelled the smell of his garments and blessed him and said, “See, the smell of my son is as the smell of a field that the LORD has blessed!
Gen 27:28 May God give you of the dew of heaven and of the fatness of the earth and plenty of grain and wine.
Gen 27:29 Let peoples serve you, and nations bow down to you. Be lord over your brothers, and may your mother's sons bow down to you. Cursed be everyone who curses you, and blessed be everyone who blesses you!” (ESV)

Num 24:5 How lovely are your tents, O Jacob, your encampments, O Israel!
Num 24:6 Like palm groves that stretch afar, like gardens beside a river, like aloes that the LORD has planted, like cedar trees beside the waters.
Num 24:7 Water shall flow from his buckets, and his seed shall be in many waters; his king shall be higher than Agag, and his kingdom shall be exalted.
Num 24:8 God brings him out of Egypt and is for him like the horns of the wild ox; he shall eat up the nations, his adversaries, and shall break their bones in pieces and pierce them through with his arrows.
Num 24:9 He crouched, he lay down like a lion and like a lioness; who will rouse him up? Blessed are those who bless you, and cursed are those who curse you.” (ESV)

>>>As you notice, God is telling Abraham way before Israel was born.

>>>Two problems with this one:
1) Isaac the one not God who blessed Israel.
2) Isaac was deceived and tricked to offer the blessing.

>>>I am surprised to see you quoting Balaam. the man was (sorcerers), which God command any a person practice this kind of acts to be put to death.
The Bible describes his practice as (falsehood).

thanks for your time.
