O God, thank for giving us another year together.
Thank you for the love which grows more precious
and for the bonds which grow stronger each day.
Thank you for the happiness we have known together,
for the sorrows we have faced together,
for the conflicts we have worked through together,
for all the experiences which we have shared and
from which we have grown day by day.
Forgive me for the times when I have been disloyal,
for the times when I was difficult to live with,
for the times when I was selfish and inconsiderate,
for the times when I failed to give needed understanding,
for anything I did which clouded our relationship and our marriage.
Walk with us as we move forward from this day, and
grant that for us the best is yet to come. In Jesus name Amen.
