Waring mental dump :p

I have wondered what exactly is god? I don't think anyone could answer that. Am I an atheist? Maybe, I don't believe in any "god" that I've been told about. I've read many religious texts and searched for what exactly God. Christianity says he is a man that wants to save me. Buhdism says he is a concept and the acknowledgement of pain, Hindus think they are embodiments of lessons. I don't think these are the cases because nothing can explain what I really feel about what God is to me.

To me God is the Embodiment of everything ever imaginable and anything I could ever think. The Pain I feel when I cry, the acknowledgement that I'm just one person. Every ounce of Joy I feel. When Men and women love each other and leave their differences and acknowledge that we are finite and of one source.

I can't explain it, but I feel if God is anything, he is without our defined limits, but a bigger concept that we can't even tap yet. Or possibly ever will. that is why I don't belong to any religion because I think if A God exists then it wouldn't matter my label but the lessons I learned and what I've left behind on my search for any meaning there is.

I guess thats my nonsense.
Has anyone else thought that maybe we just need to step back for a minute and just look around us before we go forward with trying to shove each other in holes?

Understanding the will of God is a task that no one will ever understand. I wouldn't be surprised if we aren't even able to understand 1% of his complex nature. The analogy of it is simple. Give a spec of dust a bran, conscious, and feelings. Now try to explain to the spec of dust what you are. The dust simply wouldn't have the intelligence required to even conceive of you. The same can be said of us, but I am positive that God would be even more intelligent, and complex than that.

While we aren't able to conceive of him, he has still done a great job in leading us to the right path. He has physically spoken to those who he needed to speak to (Moses for example), saved those who needed to be saved, and condemned the souls that needed condemning. There is a great reason why God sent Jesus to guide, teach, and die for us. It was the only way that we could be delivered to heaven with a perfect record. If not for Jesus, we would all be too impure to be with him in his Kingdom. Of course, I am a Gentile, so I am also great full for the sacrifice. God has made it clear that those who don't have a personal relationship with Jesus when they die, won't be able to enter his Kingdom. You may have heard the term "Saved by grace, not by works."

Think of it like this. Someone comes to your house and knocks on the door. You answer and they say "Hello! Let me in, I was "Good" in life." You would say something like "Well that's nice, but who are you? I don't know you." So you see, if God doesn't know a specific person through Jesus, then he can't let them in. He rewards people who dedicate there life to him, and doesn't let people off the hook who go through there life NOT dedicated to him.

I think to simplify what my mind doing with me right now is that I have been influenced by several ideas and concepts.

I've read the Tao De Ching ( more a philosophy and not a religion actually, a counter philosophy to Confuscism), my reading of the Bible and the Dhampadas, listening to the Album Deconstruction by Devin Townsend (which is a concept album about the futility of trying to understand everything and ending up finding out that maybe its all just obsurd anyway), and this scene from Charlie Chaplin.

We definitely can't understand God, not any more than He desires us to. We're limited in a four dimensional existence, with neurons limited by the speed of light. We're not designed to understand the full nature of God. All we have is what we've been given to observe and the words He left us to learn from, and a personal relationship if we choose it.

that is agnosticism. when dealing with these kind of ideas that god, without personality, is the universe or reality or some whatchamathinga present in all of us i think thats just slapping a label on stuff that already has a name. i think gods are what we make them.

There are certain, spiritual laws of the universe, that operate, like artificial intelligence. People have always viewed these phenomena as magic, wizards and witches, regard them as the fundamental laws of the universe, but there is also, a real, living intellect, a spirit behind the universe, this being concieved of all of this. Everything that we percieve, is all mind, it exists, only within the mind of God, there could be , a hundred trillion other universes, it doesn't matter.

We just use words, to describe things there are no words for.

If there was no space, would there be only, infinitely dense matter? Empty space, is actually, something, it has the properties of volume, 3 dimensional existance. Infinitely dense matter, such as a singularity, has no properties, that are definable.

Anyways, order and chaos, are the laws of magic, and evolution, but God is the creator of those laws, in this universe. There must be laws, or there is no order. There must be chaos, or order is meaningless. the human soul can have no freedom, without chaos, it can never evolve, and become self aware.
