An open mind or heart never resists growth or an expansion of understanding. It delights in being challenged, stretched and made uncomfortable by foreign ideas. It doesn't eschew books or teachers that make them think, and it certainly doesn't hide from correction. It runs towards challenging, boundary-stretching and thought-reforming things.

Delight in being challenged. If you ever stop growing, you've stopped living.

His name is Jeff Turner of Sound of Awakening Ministries. He's a young author I've known for a little over a year, now. He lives in MN with his wife, Diana, and their three kids. She wants to attend a theatrical school here, so they should be moving down before the end of the year. Really looking forward to having them with us at our church.
 
I love a good challenge as it makes me dig even deeper into the word of God comparing scripture with scripture comparing that with the history of the Bible as the Holy Spirit reveals new revelations to me. :study
