Jesus made it pretty clear that when His return is going to be isn't any of our business.

Our business is to be found faithful when He returns.

He'll take care of His business and we need to take care of our business.

Don't get distracted by yet another prophet, seer, Bible-code-reader, or any other such sensationalist. They're selling books and DVDs and speaking at Bible Prophesy and Ear-tickling Conferences. Ignore them.

Just let you light so shine that people see your good works and praise the Father in heaven.

How is it not our business, since He spent a considerable amount of time dedicated to answering His disciples question concerning His Coming and the end of the age?

There very generation that His Coming pertains to, and we are supposed to ignore Matthew 24 & 25?

Jesus said HE didn't know. How was HE supposed to tell us when he's coming if HE didn't know?

He spent considerable time describing the signs of the time of his return. Those signs have been appearing and re-appearing for the last 2000 years.

He spent time describing the events surrounding the destruction of the temple. That happened in 70 AD.

NO, you're not supposed to ignore them; you're supposed to get the point of the parables of Mat 24 & 25 which is that we are to be faithful until the very last minute because we do not know the day or the hour of His return. We are to ALWAYS be doing His will.

People have been predicting His return ever since and they have all, every last one of them, been wrong. It sells books and DVDs and CDs. It packs out the pews. It gets the check writers all stirred up. But the day and the hour of HIs return is none of our business.

Our business is to be faithful.

If we are faithful, it doesn't matter when He returns because we'll be ready.

Ok I listened to the video(audio) and according to it 2 headlights were 2 years in a prophesy by bod Jones and the tree is Hanuhhah

I agree with the above.

Just two thoughts. Jewish people believe the Temple has to be built for the Messiah to come. Is it going to have to be rebuilt? It was built the first time he came and they didn't accept Him.

I also agree with you that at many times in history it would have seemed like the end because things were so bad but the end didn't happen. Just off hand I'm thinking of the great plague or black death, 1600's and also the influenza of WWI, it killed tens of millions around the globe.

There is a difference though for today. until Oppenheimer it wasn't possible to destroy the ENTIRE earth. Now, after the atomic bomb, it is. It's actually possible for all of humanity to be obliterated with no survivors.
