I have I. I'm also "in recovery" from severe mental illness (schizo-something, maybe severe bipolar I).
I'm going to Liberty Online to get a degree. The lawyer my parents so kindly hired for me said that I can get the record expunged in 3 years or after probation is over. Its a serious misdemeanor, so its not like petty theft or whatever.
I could potentially earn the degree I'm looking at now in just shy of 2 years, with all my transfer credits. Its a Business degree in healthcare management. I know that in a lot of states you can't be licensed--nurse, or whatever--with felonies, but...misdemeanors?
Anybody out there able to fill me in on what to expect?
