John 1 Wycliffe update.

I took it upon myself to update the oldest English bible Translation, I have no idea where to put this, but I hoped you guys could tell me how I did. Mods feel free to move.

Gospel of John.

1:1 In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and God was the word.
2 This was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made by him, and without him was made no thing, that thing that was made.
4 In him was life, and the life was the light of men; and the light shines in darkness,
5 and darkness comprehended it not.
6 A man was sent from God, whose name was John.
7 This man came witnessing, that he should bear witness of the light.
8 He was not the light, but he bore witness of the light.
9 There was a true light, which lights each man that comes into the world.
10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.
11 He came to his own, and they received him not.
12 But how ever many received him, he gave to them power to be made sons of God, to him that believed in his name.
13 who were not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, neither of the will of man, but being born of God.
14. And the word was made man, and dwelled among us, and we had seen the glory of him, as the glory of the only begotten son of the Father, full of grace and of truth.
15 John bore witness of him, and cried, and said, 'This is, whom I said, He that shall come after me, is made before me, for he was before me".
16 And the plenty of him we all have taken, and grace for grace.
17 For the law was given by Moses; but grace and truth is made by Jesus Christ.
18 No man ever saw God, none but the only begotten son, that is in the bosom of the Father, he has told us.
19 And this is the witness of John, when Jews sent from Jerusalem priests and levites to him, that they should ask him, "Who are you?".
20 He confessed, and denied not, and he confessed, "I am not Christ".
21 And they asked him, "What then? Are you Elijah?" And he said, "I am not. "Are you a prophet?" And he answered, "No".
22 Therefore they said to him, "Who are you? That we may give an answer to those that sent us. What do you say of yourself?".
23 He said, "I am a voice of a crier in the desert, Make straight the way of the Lord". as Isaiah the prophet, said.
24 And they who were sent, were of the Pharisees.
25 And they asked him, and said to him, "Why then do you baptise, if you are not Christ, nor Elijah, nor a Prophet?".
26 John answered them and said, "I baptise in water, but in the midst of you stands one, that you know not;
27 he it is, that shall come after me, that was made before me, of whom I am not worthy to loose the strap of his shoe".
28 These things were done in Bethany beyond Jordan, where John was baptising.
29 Another day John saw Jesus coming to him and he said, " See! the Lamb of God; See! he that does away with the sins of the world.
30 This is he, that I said of, after me is come a man, which was made before me, for he was rather than I.
31 And I knew him not, but that he should be shown in Israel, therefore I came baptising in water".
32 And John bore witness and said, "I saw the Spirit coming down as a dove from heaven, and dwelled on him,
33 And I knew him not, but he who sent me to baptise in water told me, 'On whom you see the Spirit coming down, and dwell on him, this is he who baptises in the Holy Spirit'.
34 And I say, and bear witness, that this is the Son of God".
35 Another day John stood with two of his disciples;
36 and he saw Jesus walking, and said, "See! The Lamb of God".
37 And the two disciples heard him speaking, and followed Jesus.
38 And Jesus turned, and seeing them follow him, said to them "What do you seek" and they said to him, "Rabbi (that is to say: Master) where do you dwell?".
39 And he said to them, "Come and see". And they came, and saw where he was staying, they also stayed with him that day, it was the tenth hour.
40 Andrew, the brother of Simon-Peter, was one of the two that had heard John, and followed him.
41 He found first his brother Simon, and he said to him, "We have found the Messiah (i.e Christ)", and he led him to Jesus
42 Jesus looked at him and said, "You are Simon, the son of Jonah, you shall be called Cephas, (or Peter).
43 The next day he would go out to Galilee, where he found Philip, and he said to him "Follow me".
44 Philip was from Beth-Saida, the city of Andrew and Peter.
45 Philip found Nathanael, and said to him, "We have found Jesus, the son of Joseph, of Nazareth, who Moses wrote of in the law and prophets".
46 And Nathanael said to him, "May something good have come of Nazareth?".
47 Philip said to him, "Come, and see". Jesus saw Nathanael coming and said to him "See! truly a man of Israel, in whom there is no guile".
48 Nathanael said to him, "How do you know me?". Jesus answered and said to him, "Before Philip called you, when you were under the fig tree, I saw you".
49 Nathanael replied "Rabbi, you are the Son of God, you are King of Israel!".
50 Jesus answered and said to him "For I said to you, I saw you under the fig tree, you believe; you shall see more than these things".
51 And he said to him "Truly, truly, I say to you, you shall see heaven opened, and the angels of God going up and coming down on the son of man.

2:1 And on the third day a wedding happened in Cana of Galilee, and the mother of Jesus was there.
2 And Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the wedding.
3 And when the wine ran out, the mother of Jesus said to him "They have no wine".
4 And Jesus said to her, "What is this to me and you, woman? My time is not yet".
5 His mother said to the servants, "What ever thing he says to you, do it".
6 And there were set six stone containers, cleansed by the jews, holding twenty or thirty gallons.
7 And Jesus said to them "fill the pots with water", and they filled them up to the mouth.
8 And Jesus said to them "Draw now, and take it to the governor of the feast". And they took it.
9 And when the governor had tasted the water that was made wine, he did not know where it was from. But the servants who had drawn the water did know. The governor called the bridegroom
10 and said to him, "Each man sets first the good wine, and when the guests are satisfied, that which is worse. But you have kept the good wine until this time".
11 Jesus did this - the beginning of signs - in Cana of Galilee, and showed his glory; and his disciples believed in him.
12 After these things he came to Capernaum, and his mother, his brothers and his disciples; and they didn't dwell there many days.
13 Now the Passover of the Jews was soon, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.
14 And he found in the temple, men selling oxen, sheep and doves, and changers sitting [doing business].
15 And when he had made, as it were, a scourge of small cords. He drove out all of the temple, and oxen, and sheep; and he threw the money of the changers, and turned upside down the tables.
16 And he said to them that sold doves, "take away from here these things, and never [again] make the house of my Father a house of trade!"
17 And his disciples realised, for it was written, 'The fervent love of Your house has eaten me'.
18 Therefore the Jews answered, and said to him "What proof can you give to us, that you do these things?"
19 Jesus answered, and said to them, "Destroy this temple, and in three days I shall raise it!"
20 Then the Jews said "In forty six years this temple was built, and shall you in three days raise it?"
21 But he spoke of the temple of his body.
22 So when he was risen from death, his disciples realised he said these things of his body; and they believed the scriptures, and the words Jesus had spoken.
23 And when Jesus was at Jerusalem during the Passover, on the feast day, many believed in his name, seeing the signs which he did.
24 But Jesus did not place his trust in them, for he knew all men,
25 and he had no need that any man should bear witness, for he knew what was in man.

3:1 There was a man of the Pharisees, Nicodemus by name, a prince of the Jews.
2 And by night he came to Jesus, and said to him, "Rabbi, We know that you are a master come from God; for no man may do these signs that you do, unless God is with him".
3 Jesus answered, and said to him,"truly, truly, I say to you, unless a man be born again, he may not see the Kingdom of God".
4 Nicodemus said to him, "How may a man be born, when he is old? Can he enter again in to his mother's womb, and be born again?"
5 Jesus answered, "Truly, truly I say to you, but a man be born again of water, and of the Holy Spirit, he may not enter in to the Kingdom of God
6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of Spirit, is spirit.
7 Wonder not, for I say to you, you must be born again.
8 The Spirit breathes where he will, and you hear his voice, but you know not from where he comes, nor where he goes; so is each man that is born of the Spirit".
9 Nicodemus answered, and said to him, "How can these things be done?"
10 Jesus answered, and said to him, "You are a master in Israel, and you don't know these things?
11 Truly, truly I say to you, for we speak that which we know, and attest that which we have seen, and you receive not our testimony.
12 If I had said to you earthly things, and you believe not, how when I tell you heavenly things, shall you believe?
13 And no man goes up into heaven, but he that came down from heaven, the son of man, who is in heaven.
14 And as Moses raised a serpent in the desert, so the son of man must be raised.
15 That each man that believes in him, perishes not, but has eternal life.
16 For God loved the world this way; that he gave his only begotten son, that each man that believes in him perishes not, but has eternal life.
17 For God sent not his son into the world, that he should judge the world, but that the world be saved by him.
18 He that believes in him is not condemned; but he that believes not, is now condemned, for he believes not in the name of the only begotten son of God.
19 And this is the condemnation, for light came in to the world, and men loved darkness more than light, for their works were evil.
20 For each man that does evil, hates the light, and stays away from the light, that his works be not reproved.
21 Be he that does truth, comes to the light, that his works be shown, that they've been done in God".
22 After these things Jesus and his disciples came into the land of Judea, and there he stayed with them, and baptised.
23 And John was baptising in Aenon, besides Salim, for many waters were there, and they came, and were baptised,
24 For John was not yet sent in to prison.
25 Then a debate arose between the disciples of John and the Jews, of the purification.
26 And they came to John, and said to him, "Master, he that was with you beyond the Jordan, of whom you have born witness, see! he baptises and all men come to him".
27 John answered, and said "A man may not take anything, but it be given to him from heaven.
28 You yourself bear witness to me, that I said 'I am not Christ, but I am sent before him'.
29 He that has a wife is the husband, but the friend of a spouse that stands, and hears him, rejoices greatly for the voice of the spouse. Therefore in this thing my joy is fulfilled.
30 It serves him to grow, and I be made less.
31 He that came from above, is above all. He that is of the earth, speaks of the Earth; He that comes from heaven, is above all.
32 And he testifies the things he has seen and heard, and no man receives his witness.
33 But he that receives his witness, has confirmed that God is truthful.
34 But he whom God has sent, speaks the words of God, for God gives not the Spirit by measure.
35 The Father loves the Son and he has given all things in his hand.
36 He that believes in the Son, has eternal life; but he that doesn't believe in the Son, shall not see eternal life, but the wrath of God dwells on him.
