Okay so this is what I think of what is probably the Bible's most famous verse:

Who? God. It all started with Him.

What? He wondrously loved; 'Love to the loveless shown, that I might lovely be'.

Where? He showed His great love in this sin stricken world

How? He sent his only begotten Son to die at the Cross instead of sinners

When? it was from eternity past that the One Who was and is His only begotten Son was in His purpose of blessing, in order that we in time might have the opportunity not to perish, but have everlasting life.
 
So guys, there is so much in this one verse. No wonder down the years so many people have been blessed by it.

YW, Deborah13; just goes to show what vast scope there is for meditation in Scripture, in just a few phrases that the Spirit has given in the Word. Much more that is inexhaustible could be said about John 3:16 alone.
