Hi again BigLion, I cite this following scripture that I believe applies to many a comparison such as you bring forth concerning different prophets being types of Christ, or incidents being pictures of the church and our walk in Christ.

1 Cor 10:11 Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.

I see your a Bible study freak,:readbible that's why I called you my friend because I've been one ever since I was saved in 1974. I still can't get enough of God's Word. If you're anything like me, if anyone attacks God's Word, those are fighting words!:gavel
