I still am quite a fan of Jordan Peterson. His perspective and youtube popularity was such a breath of fresh air. We were being strangled by post modern thought control until he arrived.
Among many memorable insights, one is on my mind right now. He said there is more than one ingredient to success in life. A good example is intellect. Just because you ace all the courses at High Schiol or even University, doesnt mean you will succeed in life.
Other ingredients include single minded determination and persistence. Also humility.
Humility isnt low self esteem. its just admitting you might be wrong sometimes. Another is communication skills. Social skills. Learning to respect others but not lossung a sense of self.
Anyway JP applied those principles for his own success.

:thumbsup amen - good word

Those are good words to live by and thanks for sharing this.

I was looking around and found this one from Coach John Wooden I like. Success is peace of mind, which is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you made the effort to do your best to become the best you are capable of becoming. Success is an attitude.
