Do Jews go to heaven?

Will Jesus's return be the one they were looking for in prophecy?

I often wonder this as well. First we know that Jesus said "No man can come to the Father except through Me". On the other hand the Jews are God's chosen people. Throughout history God has made sure there has always been a remnant of the Jewish people to remain which makes me WANT to believe He has something special for them in eternity as well.

In other words...I don't know. :chin

Well, if they believe in Jesus they are good. Their Law and covenant with God was fulfilled in Christ, they now must abide in Christ. I s'posse if they do not abide in Christ than they are as screwed as any pagan. :shrug

That remnant always referred to those who were saved by faith, rather than works. Most trusted in the works of the law, but a few always understood that it was the heart, not the works, that God looked at. So there will always be a remnant, but they will be the ones who have faith in Christ. There is no special exception to the rule when it comes to Jews, just because they were God's chosen people. They were chosen for God's purpose of redemption through Christ, not because they would be able to get to heaven just because he liked them better. They still have to follow the same path that everyone else has to follow, being the narrow road that leads to Jesus.

I heard a preacher one time give parallels between the life of Joseph in Genesis and the life of Jesus. He used this thought process to say that as Joseph revealed himself to his brothers in Egypt in order to save them from the famine likewise Jesus would reveal Himself to His brothers(Jews) in order to save them from destruction. This preacher was implying that the Jews would essentially get a second chance to accept Jesus as the Messiah when they face God on Judgement Day.

Whether or not that is true I don't know but it is interesting.

No Jews do not go to heaven ! Jews do not believe in heaven or hell or satan or the devil or triune God.

My Rabbi says they believe that Mesheach or Messiah is about to return because of the prophecy of Ezekiel 38 .

Dying and going to heaven can not be found in the old testament so the Jews dont believe it.
Abraham , Isaac, Jacob did not mention heaven at any time.

In fact Abraham was told he would inherit the Earth.

Look up the promises to Abraham how he would inherit Israel, the land on earth not heaven.

Have you never read " The Meek Shall Inherit The Earth " . Why then would you go to heaven if you inherit the earth!

The old testament is full of future events, Prophecy.
Please study the old testament.

ps I started a new post called Will Jews rule in the Kingdom of God?
In the prophecy section.

So what are you saying then?

Are Jews who dont beleive in Christ going to heaven or not?

I'd like your own words on this thread if you could plz.

Regards,,,,

Doc.

Not all Christians or Jews go to heaven.
Matthew 7:21
"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.

Matthew 7:22
Many will say to me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?'

Um..ok I'll re-phrase...

Will ANY Jews who dont believe in Christ go to heaven?
Although it is not anyone's place to say, I will still voice my opinion. Yes, that is possible, and there is scripture to support my claim. Besides, don't forget about all of the Jews who lived before Yahshua came into this world. The Jews who lived then and now were and are members in secret societies. But not all of them. Besides that, they can repent.

Could I possibly ask you to cite the scripture that supports your claim please.

Thanks ever so much.

Revelation 3:9
I will make those who are of the synagogue of Satan, who claim to be Jews though they are not, but are liars—I will make them come and fall down at your feet and acknowledge that I have loved you.
Final Judgement.
