Judgement Day coming May 21 2011?

My very first post! Just joined because I have had some major questions about the claims that Jesus will return to Earth on May 21 2011. Seems a bit too specific to me, but I found this blog that really makes some good points about how recent disasters could be signs that Jesus is coming very soon.

Seeing as Judgment Day doesn't occur until well after the 1000 year reign of Christ, I highly doubt it.

We need to stop with this guessing of dates. God doesn't want us doing it. He gives us signs to look for, signposts pointing to His soon coming, so we can be ready!

He says no man knows the hour of Christ's coming. What is more important is to make sure we take as many into the Kingdom with us when He does come. He asks, "Will I find faith on the Earth?"

I respect your belief Sir but do you read the whole message or just listen to many critics?

I listened to one of his very long sermons transcribed and published in a book that I borrowed, and read him saying women were no better than sows. After I puked up my lunch, I burned the book.
