[FONT=Tahoma, sans-serif]Recently, I have posted and I have read messages attempting to call people to act in a manner becoming their, professed calling when relating to the continuing release of information and evidence in the Florida Case of the Accused George Zimmerman for the, alleged, murder of Trevon Martin.[/FONT]


[FONT=Tahoma, sans-serif]Posting such calls on Christian Web Forums is a risky endeavor, these days. These posts by myself and an assortment of other teachers are, generally, in reaction to what I have termed Neo-Nazi and KKK like posts. The saddest note here is that these come from both White and people of Color. Having grown up as White Trash because much of my childhood was accomplished in the Wards of Houston where I played and ran the streets with other kids of a different shade of skin, I understand the ire raised when statements like, “Some of my best friends are black,†are fielded and the people hating the half breed, George, are, in effect, saying just that.[/FONT]


[FONT=Tahoma, sans-serif]These are, often, the same folks that claim the name of Christ as their own and then, without, even, a trial, call for the death of George Zimmerman. I will be the first to admit that I was home in Texas when the whole incident transpired and have therefore deferred a final resolution of the matter into the hands of those allotted and assigned for the purpose. I, just cannot find myself pulling the trigger on the remaining young man.[/FONT]

[FONT=Tahoma, sans-serif]I spent several years in the Glory Bound Prison Ministry here in SE Texas and the one thing every man and woman on the inside knew about me was the major difference between me and them is, they were caught! For this reason the paragraph of scripture at the head of this post has great meaning to me, God forgave a very sinful man when He administered Grace to Bill Taylor and I am forever blessed.[/FONT]


[FONT=Tahoma, sans-serif]So, in summary, there is a question I do not need the answer to but you need to answer it for yourself, “Are you better than George Zimmerman and I?†And remember, your Heavenly Father and your LORD already know the answer.[/FONT]
 
This is a clear case how the devil comes to kill, steal, and destroy. The flesh was controlled by the devil to react.

No, I am not better than George Zimmerman, nor better than the young man who was killed, Trayvon Martin, for that matter. Our sins may be different, but we are all imperfect children of God.

I will never dwell into details about what happen. I wasn't there and the devil dwells in details. However if this untrained armed law enforcement citizen Zimmerman had obeyed the law enforcement dispatcher...not to react and wait until the uniform trained law enforcement officers arrived, this young unarmed 17 year old Martin would still be here on earth with his parents. The flesh is strong and the devil is real!

Do you not study to show yourself approved abd did you really not comprehend the OP? Read the scripture reference, please. You have just made yourself out to be equal with Jesus and while doing so have tossed all of the law of Florida aside, you and Mr. Obama. Are you truely without sin? Does the rule of law truely not matter. And since when does a 911 operator overrule the order of George's employer?

Further more, Trevon was not a child. When I was Trevon's age I crewed a three hundred and fifty thousand dollar UH-1 helicopter and was trained to defend this nation in war. Trevon, it has already been shown, was in possession of stolen goods, goods George was hired to protect.

The court will decide this issue, only because Mr. Obama, illegally brought federal pressure to bear in an internal state matter. And your thoughts?

No, I am trying to talk folks into following Jesus and to stop pretending. In this case the paragraph I used from the Sermon on the mount says it all in this case. Most people, today, claim to be born again but they are just as you are demonstrating here, they have not submitted their will to His, even though nothing less will do.

I just want to visit with you in Heaven.

Harmony is the expectation for all God people. Lord Jesus came to love and save, to live in harmony. As for the Obama comment stated above, we are justified by faith...not what party we belong to. How has God accepted you?

Mark is correct. You are trying very hard to sound holy and all you are accomplishing is to present yourself as a hypocrite. For all of your pretending, you, like Mark and I are sinners... forgiven.

I have been teaching the Bible and how to live a holy life... devote to God for over twenty years now. At the end of the last day of this month I will celebrate my twenty-third year of the indwelling and infilling of the Holy Spirit. That makes twenty-three years living for the Christ, the Holy Life.

The last couple of persons I heard speak as you write were members of the Latter Day Holiness Movement and after dealing with their belief structure. the first one for over two years of interaction, I began to show and to teach them why they were living a lie that, most often, will end in Hell.

If you are a member of one of those churches I am asking you now for a Bible study, led by you.

The Trevon Martin and George Zimmerman case should be used as a bible tool on this forum. The flesh is weak and the demonic principalities we don't see are real as Jesus and the Apostle Paul have taught.

When you understand more fully that we are all created by God, and are created for His purposes, you can more easily accept the death of a child. It also helps to understand that God loves each of us more deeply than we can imagine, and to take a child home to Heaven is a very loving thing. Just think of the pain and trouble that will not be experienced by the child. It is important to remember that it is not how the child died that matters. God chooses whatever cause fits into His plan when He allows any of us to die. Even when a child dies because of the action of a bad person, that person’s wrong choice fit into God’s plan to end the life of the child at that point. God’s purpose for the child was over, and He simply used the sin of someone else to bring about the child’s death. We need to understand that God’s purpose for Trevon was to be a blessing to people for just 17 years. His plan for him was finished at the moment he was shot by George Zimmerman. According to God’s plan for his life, there was nothing else for him to do. He had already fulfilled his purpose. That's the answer to the "why" question.

A story similar to the one about Trevon Martin can be told about every other child who dies and, as painful as it is, we must recognize that God knows what He is doing. It is not for us to say that the child should have lived a lot longer.

You jump to unfounded judgments about and of Mark and I and then you post this, extremely judgmental blather? I have not the ability to predict that Trevon went to Heaven or to Hell with any certainty. I can and must judge that he was in deep trouble because he tried to murder George and he was, it has been revealed, in possession of goods burgled, just, that day. (Matt. 7:16 & 1Sam. 24:13) On the other hand, George was a COP (Citizen On Patrol) performing his assigned duty. The fact that he was armed demonstrates a certain amount of wisdom. Trevon, it seems, was busy sinning and George was busy protecting people from Trevon.

Whether this was a justified shooting or not justified...God's grace covers that sin also.

I wasn't there at the crime scene. What I'm called to do as you are is obey Jesus greatest two commandments. Failure to follow these commandments your heart rejects Lord Jesus. God has ordained Government to handle these matters in our country.
