Oh, how I want to lose my belly.
A year ago I had 3 major surgeries in 3 months.
God saved me.
Now, a year later I'm getting very healthy but I have a pot belly that won't go away.
But I won't give up.
It's been a month now on a keto diet but not much progress.
I need to do better.
I believe keto is the way to go but I have to do it better.
Some good things are not easy to obtain.

Diets without exercise are...not to be funny but, fruitless.
Got a basket ball?
It doesn't have to be strenuous, but regular.
Two or three nights a week at the hoops for an hour will show up in your bod' fairly quick.

My wife has had good success with the Keto diet .
My wife gained weight for the first month on the diet , but when she finally hit Ketosis she did start loosing weight at a good clip .
