Photographs kiwidan's house on the river

Cool. I was reading ur name as if it was one word b4 i eventually saw it, Kiwi Dan. :lol

I want to spend some of my retirement touring NZ one day
I went there about 10 years ago on an adventure/snow trip with a mate
Queenstown and Wanaka.

It was so awesome I reckon we should make New Zealand a state of Australia
U live here right? What do u reckon? United like the ANZACs?

Im guessing u will have the same response as every Kiwi that Ive asked... NO... LoL

Anyway it's a pleasure... God bless

I randomly found myself watching New Zealand Maoris vs Australian Aboriginals in rugby. I did not even know there was ethnic games. Lol.

What's next Jews vs Arabs.

I've met, known and worked with heaps of Maoris. Their good people
But i've never even met a full Aboriginal before

It's fair to say that the native Kiwi's integrated into western society and culture much better than the native Aussies or the native north Americans

I think the fact that Maoris adopted Christianity would of been beneficial in maintaining relations with the white folk

kiwidan,

I watched that game yesterday. It was won by the Kiwis but it is rugby league and not rugby union. The Indigenous match between Aust and NZ represented the start of the rugby league season for 2020.

The game featured a 9-year-old, Quadan Bayles, with dwarfism who is horribly bullied at school to the point of wanting to kill himself. The league teams honoured him. Here he is:

Lol, I need my own private island. I'm actually willingly homeless at the moment from today. I would rather be homeless than live with others because they annoy me. I'm sleeping at the dock tonight. The good thing is I got a full-time job so I got an income. I got some sea soap so I will just jump in the water later and have a wash. Still a couple months of summer so I'm happy to sleep under the stars or in the back of the wagon.

I might go find a campsite tommorow after work. In the meantime I will try find a unit to rent.

kiwidan,

In which part of the 2 islands of NZ are you located? What would be your nearest town of any size? I have 2 different friends who live in 2 locations on the North Island, one near Gisborne.

80% of the Kiwis iv net have been from the north island. Its more populated.
The south island is like the last frontier, wild, untamed, beautiful

That's sad about the kid getting bullied, it's not a nice feeling being picked on.

I call both league and union "rugby".

Rugby league and rugby union it's still rugby, unless specific I will say league. Where League is more popular in Australia you will just say League.

I'm in the far north.

I'm camping leasehold land at the moment. Every day I have to enter the community the gates are still there. Lol.

The public road runs through Maori land, so some Maori decided to put gates across the road through there land and block all access to the community, the gates closed the main road. Lol.

I mean enough, if public road went through my land I would charge out and make a toll booth Lol.

It didn't last long, not sure what happened but it's open.
