[__ Prayer __] larry, mailman and monica, and fast pacing routes

1) larry may be gone
2) monica got that truck and it needs a tune up, right front tire and wheel bearing
3) I have been because of my fast pacing routes be used as an alternate city mailman
4) blasting through routes is hard on me. yes I do walk and finish fast but I pace myself at a decent fast past. not the rapid pace I used today and yesterday. ie finished routes normally done in 4 and half hours or close to 4 hours under 4 hours.

Brother Jason, was Larry one of your co-workers? You going to do the work on the truck? And it sounds as if you're doing your work as unto the Lord. It gets harder as we grow in grace and put our efforts to having God's best. I'll sure be praying for you. He that plows should plow in hope knowing that it is God who loves us, and bestows upon us that which we reap. Blessings in Jesus

yes,larry is or was depending on what happens with him and his decision. yes, I will work on the truck but I cant buy the parts. monica whom I cosigned the loan will. work ethic is from the lord, yes but again my department because we work hard is often hiring. four since I started. tom's isn't a jerk. work hard and finish, go find a hide spot and be listening for the radio.

I'm sorry, could you elaborate a little more? I'm not sure I'm understanding. Are all 4 events connected? Is Larry gone as in astray, missing or dead?

fired , I don't know the story, I do know that he has called out for a whole week. the truck is mentioned because monica and I bought it last week. she needed a truck so I helped out as much as I can. the routes I do are done the day they are given, there is no 8 hours and its finished tomorrow. today. the mailman job is a backup when the regular leaves sick, or on vacation.
 
Jason I want to pray about all these things but I'm still not sure what you need in prayer that is related to your job. Are you saying you are having trouble getting the route done for that 8 hr. day?

no, I can do that, its more intense. its like this, I can do the routes like that but I know my body has limits. I did a route that a good pace that I like 4 hours to less then that 3.75 hours. not much time but those seconds are gained by walking faster,keep in mind I did that in 100 degree weather! whenever I do the mailmen job I must start at 12:30 with that. imagine if I had to do that with the longer routes. which I have finished prior to 12 30 but that was pushing that. I should post images of where I start and how long that one route is. its the third longest route on the grid.

So I can pray that the Lord will bless you in whatever you need now and in the future in relationship to your job. The Lord knows. :)
 
add that they are looking to add another mail person. I may do that until they hire a second person to work in the wharehouse. wharehouse(purchasing) runs the mailroom. which they had a back up until last year.
 
given the recent events in Miami,fl pray for them that live in that large jewish community.
 
May God add the strength you need for the job He has given you brother. Are you allowed to ride a bike; even the three wheeler might be handy since you could carry stuff in its basket. God bless you in Jesus' name.

no, that isn't possible, we have driving routes and also my knees aren't kind to stairs and riding a bike over the bridges to the barrier island wouldn't easy nor fast. I have done that for exercise. we have a route that is as far as ten miles from city limits.
 
I was kind of lost on all this too, but like Deborah, I know the Lord knows and will lift you up as needed. :)
 
ah, I actually was told to slow down, 14 misreads and all of them digital.
 
larry wasn't fired, he nearly was for not taking time,(no show) and also not reading meters that were turned off. I also ask for prayer as I have the bear route of oak harbor Monday and a few check read in some flooded areas. the rain may make it impossible to get them and also unspoken
 
Got you covered brother. God is so faithful to be with us in whatever task he allows in our lives.

speed will have to slow down. if a home is shut off on both water and electric.sometimes I would just input the old numbers to save time. that is a no-no. some routes that isn't that bad but other ones half a block has homes like that. but I can ask that those meters be pulled. a few of them are and here another concern.

those for me would be deadly. I believe that boarded up building is near a route that I start near. I walk to south of that and start. if that was the case I was blessed last month in that I didn't find those bees and had to run.
