Laziness

What consequences, if any, result from being too lazy to repent of one’s sin?

The more I think about this the harder it gets. Example - I want the yard mowed. I don't want to mow the yard. I want to sit on the sofa and be lazy. Maybe someone will mow it for me! I want my sins repented. I don't want to repent them. I want to sit on the sofa and be lazy. Maybe someone else will repent them for me! You can be unsure, scared, embarassed, or just unwilling to repent. I don't see how you can be too lazy?

Hmm laziness..

Never do today that which can be done tomorrow.

Hard work will always have a future benefit and rewards. Laziness pays of right now.

2 really bad jokes I need to repent of.

In terms of sin the sooner you get onto it the sooner you can serve god better. and enjoy your life more. Sin is like the joke above it seems to pay of now but its future benefits usually aren't so good.
