Deuteronomy 32:43
New International Version
43 Rejoice, you nations, with his people, for he will avenge the blood of his servants; he will take vengeance on his enemies and make atonement for his land and people.

Footnotes
Deuteronomy 32:43 Or Make his people rejoice, you nations
Deuteronomy 32:43 Masoretic Text; Dead Sea Scrolls (see also Septuagint) people, / and let all the angels worship him,

I do not see the words ( worship or angel / messenger) in the original text.

Dead Sea Scroll Deut 32:43
Deut 32:43.
Rejoice heavens, with His people, and bow down to Him, all ( elohiym / gods of the Living One,) for He will avenge the blood of His sons. He will take vengeance on His adversaries, and those who hate Him, and will make atonement for His land and people.

This Dead Sea Scroll verse is directing the elohiym, (gods of The Living One) to worship Yahwah.

Psalm 82:6
“I said, ‘You are (“gods” / elohiym;) you are all sons of the Most High.’

The angels did worship the first begotten when brought into the world, HIs angels spirits and His ministers a flame of fire.

The heavenly host praised God, when on earth, then went away into Heaven.

The angels ministered unto Christ. ( worshipped the first begotten brought into the world.)

Hebrews 1:6 And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.
7 And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.

Luke 2:13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying,
14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.
15 And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.

Matthew 4:11 Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.

The Septuagint says,

Rejoice, ye heavens, with him, and let all the angels of God worship him...Deu.32.43

God MADE him King.
To us he did. That's part of the problem. The King Eternal (which Jesus is), wasn't created. He was born to show us who God is. We (you and I) can show certain attributes of our Father in heaven, but no man on earth besides God could say, "whoever sees me sees God."
And he was LIFTED UP to being a King.
No he was "lifted up" (crucified) to show how God doesn't need to put up with disrespect (not to mention torture.)

Our Lord and Savior and God, Jesus the Messiah, could have simply obliterated his enemies. Believers recognize their merciful King, but he's always been the King whether people know it otr not.
