What is the difference between science, technology and engineering?
 
science is opposed to God with man-corrupted information.
technology is opposed to God with man-made distracting gadgets,
engineering is opposed to God with man-centered manufacturing/building.

science should be AWESTRUCK at God's Creation.
technology should be generous and relaxing provision of needed services.
engineering should be quality, long-lasting usable working easy to use machines and designs freely or inexpensively shared.

Scientists use the technology that engineers create such as monitor and microscopes.When engineers design a new technology they need the knowledge of the scientists.They all work together.Are you trying to link these with the Trinity?

when God saves someone in Christ Jesus, He doesn't do a part-way job. He keeps setting people free from everything that distracts them from Christ and from everything that keeps them from abiding in His Kingdom. this includes all manner and kinds of worldly physical materials, wealth, and methods, as Yhwh sees fit.

Hold on there, big fellar! Science doesn't have to be opposed to God. It's just the...uh, systematic study of earth and everything in it, right? Studying things isn't inherently opposed to God. The twisting of the facts and knowledge gleaned from it is what is opposed to God. From what I understand, science is actually proving the existence of God, but they don't let that info out because they have an agenda...against God and His people.

Technology may or may not be opposed to God also. We don't know for sure, but it can reasonable be assumed (I *think*) that we will not need any technology for anything once we are in heaven because of the nature of our new home and the spiritual realm. Because we are confined to this natural realm, we can find technology to be useful and even to be a conveinant thing for us to seek/study/research things which we use in our walk with God. it's all how you use technology. On your 'puter, you could watch porn, scam money, and all sorts of ungodly mischief. OR, you could use it like I and many others do, to read the Word, speak the Word, research the Word, and listen/read/watch testimonies of believers. What's opposed to God when technology is used in that manner?

Engineering is not inherently opposed to God. It's building things, making things work. The Ark of the Covenant for instance, was engineered and built. true enough to Gods own specifications, but engineered and built by man. It is such a Godly artifact that men have died by even touching it. It was sanctified by God and made Holy.

So overall, the difference being...how you use it. Good question Classik. :)

you're missing the point. what is born of the flesh is flesh, and profits nothing. it is all passing away. this is one of the simplest and primary principles of the difference in source of the flesh and spirit. without understanding this, nothing else may be gained - not much anyhow.
 
We may not need technology or engineering in Heaven at all. The spiritual realm is obviously veeery different than our natural realm. We may be able to simply speak the Words for what we want.

And what exactly are you claiming is born of the flesh in this context? If you are claiming that all of science, engineering and technology is born of the flesh then you would also have to claim that even a printed Bible is born of the flesh since it utilized technology, science, and engineering.

And don't forget computers, ADSL, fiber optics, switches, routers and all the other things that enable us to post here on these forums. If those things are all "born of the flesh" and oppose God, why then are we here?

I think he means that man is born of the flesh, and anything that man makes or does is inferior to the Kingdom. This has to be true of course. :)

not just inferior, but opposed to Yeshua. there is thorough complete exegesis online in 114,444 places for the seeker of truth, or just look between Genesis 1:1 and Revelation 21:21 - it's there too ! :)
Yeshua just summed it all up when He said "what is born of the flesh is flesh, and profits nothing" vs "the law of the spirit of life in christ jesus has set me free from the law of sin and death" and "HE DONE IT!" (me yelling when I realized He said "IT IS FINISHED" and nothing more could be done or needed done to set me free!!!! )
(for help searching; remember the world system is constantly opposed to Yhwh, heaven, truth, even to letting little ones who are seeking for the kingdom - the world and the enemy will do everything in their power to prevent it)
