Living Sacrifice? again? How?

Rom 12 : 1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, [which is] your spiritual service

Presenting our bodies as living sacrifice....... great invitation..

Eph 2: 1 saying when we are died he made us to live..
This means God made us as living people through Christ blood.

Again Paul i asking to submit our bodies as living sacrifices.. this is the matter to think..

Dear brethren, i am only welcoming you to share your thoughts to know few more comments.. As a servant of God i know some thing from this but i am not satisfying. I am willing to know your experiences in this matter. I am trusting each one of us is with different belief.

I'm not sure if I don't understand your thinking, but this seems quite obvious. Giving our bodies as a living sacrifice simply means to give our lives (our bodies provide the actions) to God. Not a literal sacrifice (Old Testament style).

Romans 12:1 comes at the "therefore by the mercies of God".

This precedes the reasonable service.

How can we obtain the mercy of God, that we might be counted his sacrifice all day long?

We lay down our lives daily . This is the sacrifice. It means we allow the Word of God to kill our old ways of doing things and our old way of thinking. The Word now is the fire that burns up our old fleshly ways , just like a sacrifice.
Now the Word must become our thoughts , our words, our walk, our actions. Its very well described in Rev 14:4-5. Here we see the outcome , when this sacrifice has come to its fruition in a believer's life. They have "died to self" and they have become the Word.

4 These are they that were not defiled with women; for they are virgins.(Virgins in the spirit, because they have not been seduced by any religion, they have only been faithful to the Word of God ) These are they that follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth.(The Lamb went to slaughter,,,,,here is the sacrifice.The Lamb lost His life and they did so too .....daily ! ) These were purchased from among men,(Purchased by the blood of the Lamb) to be the firstfruits unto God and unto the Lamb.

5 And in their mouth was found no lie:(They only speak the Word and the Word is Truth ) they are without blemish.(They have been washed by the Word, given a righteousness that is not their own, they have died through the daily sacrifice and now all that is left is Christ in them, the hope of glory )
