Its Sunday morning here. Any excuse to skip Church. This week's excuse? The coronavurus. Next week's?
Our PM suggests we dont gather in social groups of 500 or more. I think my parish averages 474.05 congregation per Mass. Close enough.
Today I noticed God at the beach. As the sun came up and made the gentle waves glisten. What is today's scripture? i need to look that up.
Legally speaking I'm destined for Hell. I need a lawyer to argue my case for mercy. H for HS. Heaven for Humble Soul. I dont care what it costs. I will sell the house in order to get to Heaven. You all know we Catholics strive to get there by our own efforts. well I am using a lawyer. is that the same?

Our two congregations are small rural groups with an average age of probably about mine, which is 61. Our pastor is near 80 years old and has numerous health issues. We will be worshiping today but our councils have decided it is in the best interest of our membership to cease Sunday and Lent services at least for the next couple weeks. Our pastor, another member, and I are working on posting his sermons in writing and/or audio on our website and Facebook page. He also requested email addresses from all members that have them so he can send them out to them directly. It's a minor inconvenience that can hopefully help reduce the risk of further spread of the virus.
