thesaintman get a journal and write the date of and all the details of your visions down . You should do your dreams the same way .
Two things to remember.
1 Any dream, vision, etc you receive will always agree with scripture, so test them against the bible.
2 Will always increase your desire to know God and serve him.
What do I mean?
A dream tells you you need new cloths so go steal them. or a vission teaches you that self harming is a way to get closer to God.
These are against scripture and no matter how dramatic or real they are, they are not from God.
