I have been a moderator of this particular forum since 2004 (correct me if I’m wrong). Well, I would like to get some feed back on how I’m doing as a Moderator. So tell me your thoughts on the job I’m doing. If you have any suggestions on how I could do a better job, or some things I need to do differently please post themâ€â€please be specific and respectfulâ€â€in other words constructive criticism. Any disrespectful post will be deleted.

I have not been here very long, but what I can see you are doing good job. I think you are a great moderator.

There is one thing: I have read where people are not just giving an opinion, but attacking each other. Debates are good fun but sometimes when someone tells you that you are going to Hell, or are brainwashed or whatever, makes it less fun, and makes me a bit angry (although I should know better). Maybe if you address when it happens, it may help.
 
You are, without question (in my view), an excellent moderator. As a fellow believer, I want to thank you for doing your part to bring good repute to the name of our Saviour.
 
Many times I have hard time how I should treat any moderators' posts as a moderator or just as another poster.

I have this feeling that you are being one of your denomination rather than being a fair moderator. I don't know any modetrators that don't show favoritism in hot threads.

I haven't been here long either, but you are doing a great job. I appreciate anyone who takes up their own time to make this forum run smoothly. You seem to be fair with everyone.

Also, as for Moderators "taking" sides in threads, it's important to realise that moderators are posters too. They are supposed to voice their opinions and beliefs too.
 
I believe you are doing a fine job and I thank you for not banning me because some of my posts were... illegal. :)
 
I think you're crap. Unconvincing acting, poor lines, and not nearly enough car chases.

I've alluded to this before but I find you to be not only fair but also a gentleman. A few of us renegades could do with taking a few lessons from you!
 
I've not had much interaction with you as a moderator. For the most part I think that is being a good moderator on this board. There is little censorship which is great! With one exception whom I won't name I think the mods in general on this board are good. There is a time or two when I felt I should have recieved a warning myself and so I think perhaps you guys could toughen up just a bit with warnings. But not much.

I do wish there was a good way of keeping topics more on topic but that is difficult without more censorship, which I don't want to see. I also wish people would answer direct questions but once again I don't know how you make someone answer a direct question except to keep asking it. I've seen no bias in your general posts as some have claimed. In the one thread I think the person who was making those charges was having trouble separating poster NP from Mod NP. You've certainly been fair to me and I'm not a Baptist.

In general NP I think your doing fine. Keep up the good work.
 
I think all the mod's do a good job, I just wish we could interact more with you guys on the forum...get out of the mod forum and make a few posts, we'd love to hear from ya.

I think that your posts are well thought out and basically Biblically sound. I think that you and most of the Mods are VERY liberal in your patience and allowing the forum to 'do' what it is that a forum should, (allowing the members to post their understandings without trying to 'push' a particular doctrine, sect, cult, etc...)

I commend you guys for the job that you do here and agree that we would certainly like to hear more from you guys.

I would have to give you credit for your patience and having to deal with a high level of argumentation in this message area because it is work and a lot of people could get tired from all of it. I just find some of the arguments as a challenge to investigate.
