Hi, I'm just talking again.
I have a few more topics on my mind, I'd like to hear what you have to say about them.
Probably the most philosophical topic is free will and predestination.
I never even heard of this until I joined the forum.
Now I'm finding it to be a big deal in the church today.
I think this topic affects us in a negative way.
There don't seem to be any sound answers on this that people will agree with.
This type of thread always goes no where.

How about God's Intervention?
When does God intervene and when does he not intervene?
Who does God root for in the Super Bowl?
I think we need real answers here by rock solid forum Rabbis, or whatever title you give yourselves,
Me, I was once a Guru but I failed my Swami exam.

Tithing is always good.
You never run out of ideas with tithing.
and it amazes me how many people don't know what Scripture has to say on this.
It can never be discussed enough.

How more simple can "For God so loved the world that whoever believes in him will never perish but have eternal life" be? Jesus said "The only work God requires of you is to believe in the one he sent or the work of God is that you beleive in the one he sent (depending on which bible you read) and I have to say it before I'm corrected I'm not talking greasy grace here.

True sad fact is that my mum came to our church one day (first time in a church) and did not like it because she did not understand all the big fancy words and phrases. She said she would never come again and she has kept her word maybe it was my fault I took her along in the first place.

If you want to have a fun conversation regarding destiny and predestination, then find yourself a FRENCH Buddhist.
Now that is one interesting conversation you'll be having.
So, well,.....
God is omnipotent and omnipresent, but He is also watching while letting you have your free will.
After all how could he judge Jesus for your sins, if God caused you to sin?.....
How could God hold you accountable, and be JUSTIFIED, if HE caused you to do what you do?

That God knows that you will go and have something to eat in a little while, does not mean He chose your appetite for you or how you will satisfy it.
That God knows what you are thinking while you are reading what i am typing (that he already knew i would type), is not God controlling your thinking or my typing.
And the other thing, is the providence of God.....
He does intervene in the affairs of man........ "MIRACLES"...."SIGNS"...."CONFIRMATIONS."...."Answered PRAYERS"..
And He knows the end from the beginning, regarding EVERYTHING.... and HE is bringing a close to the end of our "time of the Gentiles", and this is going to be played out by our next President and by what continues to happen in the Middle East.

Faith causes God to intervene in your life, on your behalf.
"Sowing and Reaping" is God's spiritual law playing out on EARTH, regarding the "results" of our daily choices.
The "end times" is God's foreknowledge of how it all played out, as well as creating some of the events that He created to be played out.
Now , dont let me flip your lid, but understand that everything that is "played out" was created by the Creator who created IN ADVANCE.....= all the players playing all the parts that are played out.
