Give ear, O ye heavens, and I will speak;
and hear, O earth, the words of my mouth.
My doctrine shall drop as the rain,
my speech shall distil as the dew,
as the small rain upon the tender herb,
and as the showers upon the grass:

On a cool autumn morning just before the hint of dawns early light, my lord took me in the spirit to see the morning dew, whereupon we came to a large garden, a man was tending to it, it was beautiful and very well kept. But as I looked closer, I saw no dew resting upon any of the plants of his garden, and I looked again and I saw above the garden there was a tarp, like a greenhouse but not enclosed; and my lord said unto me that the dew can not distill upon a tender herb that is protected by a covering. Then my lord took me to a hill covered with tall grass, and the grasses were waving back and forth, swaying with the rhythms of the wind, but again I saw no dew resting upon the field; and my lord said unto me, the morning dew will not settle upon a plant that is blown about in the wind. Then my lord brought me to a pleasant meadow, there were grasses, and plants of many kind, bushes with berries and flowers like the sun, all as peaceful as could be in the cool of the day; as the first light of mornings dawn shown forth and my lord talked with me, I saw the plants of the meadow all a glimmer, each basking in its portion with the morning dew.

Greetings, EZRider.

If I may ask, where is this taken from? It reads almost like a literary piece.

Blessings,

Maybe I should take that as a compliment, but no. I can see now you have figured out the Deuteronomy quote, but as for the rest, that comes from my lessons with the lord. I scratched that out on a piece of paper last night before I posted it to share. I've understood these things about morning dew through nature, that it will not form beneath a covering, can not be blown about in the wind, and must be at rest to receive it, and how that relates to hearing God's word in a spiritual sense for some time now, but this was my attempt at visualizing it.

In the scripture it is written: To he who overcometh I will give to eat of the hidden manna. The children of Israel were given manna to eat as they wandered in the wilderness. That manna was formed with the morning dew. Like mixing water with flour to make bread, morning dew condensed on the pollens to form a cake.

That's quite interesting. :thumbsup2
