Photographs Moth Bird!

This tiny creature uses it's wings just like a hummingbird,
and it hovers like a hummingbird,
flits like one,
uses a long tongue like a hummingbird,
but, it looks like a moth.
If anyone knows what this is, please identify it for me.
Is this an insect, a bird, or a moth?

My younger brother, who lives in Racine, told me it's a hummingbird moth!
