Texas Mayor Shares Secrets Of His 'Vegan Town'

channel 9 and 6 and others found with the above search terms
shows more success (healthwise) in thirty days with people (still continuing under dktors care btw!)
than they've had in years of plain regular tests , procedures and stuff.

several or many other cities are calling him and getting set up to follow in the same direction,
with a goal to helping more people than anyone else has in quite a while (in the news),
and without negative effects and without high costs.

You should probably post a link to better describe what you're saying.

I'm not much into a solely vegan diet, and coming out of Texas of all places yet! :lol

I'd be afraid of lacking certain nutrients that only animals/by products can give. But it is better to have properly fed cattle, though.

If you get a heart attack from a burger, the medical establishment and the rest of the healthoholics would blame the saturated fats. But it's the chemicals and fillers they put in. In other words, a lot of the "meat" we eat is not really meat, but junk mixed in, and that's what's causing the health problems but pure meat gets blamed.

The same can be said with unhealthy fruits and vegetables and whole grains. We have our own garden this time of the year and you can tell the difference.

If you read the article, they as much as admit that the "stroke belt" does have a lot of fast and processed foods, so they should keep animal product foods out of being labeled "bad" and instead blame the additives as I stated.

Range beef just plain ol taste better :)
In the last few years the kkaarrnnavore diet has helped a lot of peopole - a lot even who were vegetarians for twenty years but kept getting sick, "tried" for a few weeks and were very happy they did and continued.

So both ways may work. beef, or vegetarian.

Kkaarrnnavore seems to help the most , in recent years.

and yes, may taste better.

Find out by prayer and experience, or by trial and error ,

or if time is important, by testing outside the system.
