Not sure about the rest of the album, but this reminds me of the crucifixion phase during old choral symphonies.

I used to listen to Arvo Part, and some of his stuff was extremely ethereal. I was out driving one night when I first heard the Berlin Mass, and in the darkness of night staring up at the stars it was something to experience.

Way too somber for me most of the time, however, except for on the rarest of occasions.

Couldn't find a decent video to the Berlin Mass, but I did find this.
