Welcome one and all to my baptism party since today of course as you may already know, I was baptized. And I can't even begin to tell you how much it has changed me already on the inside. I mean, I'm still the same person that I was but yet I'm not since I actually felt my sins being washed away as the pastor poured the water over my head. Sure, at first I wanted to go with immersion but the pastor felt like it would be easier to go with pouring and I feel like although Jesus was baptized by immersion, I don't believe that the Bible commands that one must be immersed to be officially baptized. It all has to do with the heart and your commitment towards the Lord to obey His commands and follow Him in my mind. So yeah, I got an official baptism certificate along with a card from my cousin as well as a wooden cross that was made in Bethlehem and the Footprints prayer that I love so much. So anyway, please come in and enjoy the refreshments and the company. :coke:popcorn See you in Heaven Grandma and Papa, I love you and although I felt your presence with me today, I will always miss you. Until we meet again.

Thanks guys, :hugI definitely feel different in the fact that I know I will never die. Death has been defeated and Christ has won!!!:cross Other than that, I'm still basically my old goofy self, but all of my sins have been washed away by His blood.

Alright everybody, enough of the small talk. We're celebrating the fact that just like the rest of you I'm currently on my way to Heaven. So let's dance!! :sohappy:woot2:woot2:woot2

I meant to post this song yesterday and I completely forgot to. I love Bill Murray as Garfield! :lol He's hilarious! "Once again my life has been saved by the miracle of lasagna!" (not me personally, my life has been saved by Christ alone, and I don't even like lasagna that much, but I still manage to always crack up at that line. :biggrin

Glory to God, I love to baptize people. I usually just dunk em in the creek down the road cause we don't have a baptistry. Plus we can fish while the ladies set up the potluck lol. I am so happy for ya Sister.

Thanks! Although I'm already twenty-eight years old, I figured that it's better later than never. Here is a song that I've posted before that shows my love for the Lord.
