I would like to have prayers for the growth of this site because I feel as if this site is destined for great things and my hopes is that God would bring us together and form a true body of Christ

I have been to plenty of other forums always looking for my home if you will this site may not be as active as other sites but there is something....different about this place

I can actually feel the holy spirit on here it is the first time I have come across a site that you can just feel his hand on it, does anyone else feel this way or is it just my imagination?

Regardless I encourage everyone to pray earnestly for this place because I really do think it is destined for great things

Blessings in Christ, Blaine.

I was just posting on another thread that there is a crucifixion that takes place in us to where we are no longer acting in the flesh towards others, and there is no longer a sense of resentment or pride in being "right," but only a desire to obey God, love others and build them up. I think it's what the forums have not seen enough of over the years. So many seek to please God, yet they want to do so through an agenda of making sure their teaching is at the forefront and that of others is put down. I think it's why Paul said that knowledge puffs up but love edifies. The focus needs to be on loving others in Christ, and seeing them built up, even if they are not yet in a place where they will agree with us.

I pray this community becomes a home for ministry and encouragement, and I pray you play a part in that if the Lord so leads you.

Blessings in Christ, and thank you for posting the thread,

Hi Blain DeCastro
I joined CF.net 14 years ago as I was searching many Christian forums and I do believe it was the Holy Spirit that led me to this site. I have Spiritually grown so much in these past years after finding this site. A few members have passed away that have taught me so many things helping me to learn the word of God encouraging me to pray and ask the Holy Spirit teach me. The Holy Spirit does work through many on this forum, but yet you will always have those who have their own self agendas, but yet the bottom line is that we are all brothers and sisters in Christ, even though we do not always agree with each other. We all need to lift up and edify one another displaying the love of Christ in us and through us as we share the light of Christ to all who come into this forum.

There are many members, even though there are only a few active at times, but also many more that are not yet members that come here everyday to check out this site. The staff is very good at keeping a peaceful flow in all the various forums, but do not always catch everything and that's when they need our help to report anything that comes against the terms of service (ToS) and Statement of Faith. I use to be an Administrator and it is not always an easy position to take, but it was time for me to step down and get more involved within the discussions. I love teaching the word of God and also learning things I never have realized in the scriptures. We might not know each other face to face, but yet I feel like I have a family of brothers and sisters here and am so thankful that God led me to this site. Praying your experience here will allow you to Spiritually grow in the knowledge of the word of God as we give Him all the praise and glory.

Yes I have noticed how well the admins keep things civil and the one thing I love to see is seeing brothers and sisters in Christ lifting each other up and building each other up
This site certainly is different from other sites I tried and I am excited to see it become a truly amazing forum and with the many people here who are full of the spirit it is refreshing to see
