He was my President. All authority comes from God.

Three things

Proverbs 16:2
All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes; but the LORD weigheth the spirits.

Proverbs 16:7
When a man's ways please the LORD, he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him.

Proverbs 16:9
A man's heart deviseth his way: but the LORD directeth his steps.

The Lord is that one good thing about president Bush, he directed his steps. :yes

he handled 9-11 responses, the war in afghanistan as best as he could, and the doma act

I thought his initial response to 9/11 was great and warranted. Where he took it after that was not good in my mind. I also liked his "strategerie". ;)

The way he executed the 9/11 attacks and kept a straight face :yes I personally would have threw up knowing that i murdered thousands of people.

Under Bush's administration, "partial birth abortions" were outlawed in the United States. This law was tested in 2007, and its constitutionality was upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court, in the case of Gonzales v. Carhart.

"Partial birth abortion" is a euphemism. The procedure is actually infanticide. In the third trimester of pregnancy, often just before birth, the baby is turned around, and partially pulled out by the feet (since if the head is inside, technically, it is not yet born, and thus not yet a human being). Then a tool is used to crush it's head, and the brains are sucked out.

Obama objects to outlawing any kind of abortion, even this horrid procedure.

I don' t know whether or not he has yet succeeded in bringing it back.

I voted for him twice, so that should answer that.

Yeah Paidion, I have a big problem with the abortion thing, and he better clean that up, or he will not get my vote ever again.

That he gave his testimony how Jesus changed his life, and had no problem talk about God's son.

Faith-Based Initiatives

"We want to fund programs that save Americans one soul at a time."
President George W. Bush, January, 2004, in a speech in New Orleans

Give the power and money to the organizations best suited to handle social issues, organizations that are commissioned by their Creator to deal with such issues.

i did like that idea as well

In my opinion, Bush was pretty good.
I'd give him a 7/10. He could have did much better, but wasnt too bad.
He did say their are many paths to Heaven though :o :nono

I think he was a very poor president. I approve that he's gone without getting us into World War III.

:thumb.

He didn't make heaps of great decisions, but I'm pretty sure he was led by God. And the way he handled 9/11 was good.

Bush Jr did miss a few things. 500,000 troops in Iraq was what was necessary to win outright and stem any insurgency. Popularity for wars that drag on inevitably wanes. The generals should have been listened to instead of Rumsfeld and his idea of a "small force" on Iraq. Afghanistan worked "ok," but they wholly missed the boat at Torah Borah. Iran and North Korea's nuclear programs should have been taken out early. They will only become a bigger threat once developed.
